Florida Energy Water and Air

High pressure sales tactics from first moment of first appointment. Asked first if my wife was home. Jack Ass said he could only present to both me and wife. I told him it was me or nobody. I told him he wasted his time with this appointment & he left… I’d seen this type of sale pitch before… bogus!

Do not work with this place!!! I picked up a free water testing kit from Home Depot. After sending in my water sample I received a call a week or two later from a woman claiming to be from Home Depot telling me how horrible my water was. They offered to send someone to come do additional testing and recommend any needed water purification systems. Little did I know this was a sale tactic from Florida Energy Water & Air. The gentleman that came spent 2 ½ hrs trying to sell me this $ 6000 system. No mater how many times I yawned… said «we need to wrap this up» or «I have to get up early in the morning» he kept going on saying «just one last part. My company is going to call and ask if I said this» he was more concerned with not getting in trouble with his company than being respectful of my time. To top it off he broke my faucet during his presentation. He said that the company will fix/​replace it
Next day a man by the name of Joey/​Jesse called to set up an appt later that evening to get my sink fixed. Rushed home… waited and waited… no one showed. I called and left a voicemail. No call back the next morning. About noon I called the rep that originally came to my house and broke the faucet. He assured me that someone would be there between 530−6pm. Again… no one shows. I called the Joey/​Jesse guy and he claimed to not know no one showed the night before (despite my vmail and convo with his rep). He said he would send someone the next day in the evening. I told him this was going on 3days with me not being able to use my kitchen sink. He was quite unprofessional, condescending, and thoroughly unapologetic giving me a sarcastic «sorry». This scenario alone has put a horrible taste in my mouth about this company and plead with you not to waste your time with them. You will even find a rip off report on them via google. Thankful I didn’t purchase their ridiculous system seeing they can’t even handle simple customer service matters.
