Kathleen and Jock S.
Business Owner
Once upon a time the Smees lived in Ocala, Florida where Kathleen was a Middle School Principal and Corporate Trainer while Jock cleaned and maintained their beautiful pool in addition to his career in Telecom as Vice President of Operations in a small Rochester-based company. Jock’s demanding business travel led the Smees to employ a pool service.
We were dismayed as we watched a parade of pool cleaners haphazardly toss chemicals into untested pool water and worse, sometimes the pool cleaners didn’t show up at all, with no communication except a bill for the ‘visit.‘
Kathleen and Jock Smee decided we could and would own a pool business — one which customers could trust; a pool business that provides quality, affordable, dependable service. And so we are here today wth Florida Pool and Spa service
