Our team leader, Eda De Leon, is a very professional and experienced broker with over 20 years of Real Estate practice. Eda is a Peruvian native that immigrated to the United States in 1984. She started her real estate career in New Jersey back in 1992; learning and training with some of the best in the business. Over her 20 years in the industry she has been recognized for her multi-​million dollar sales volume status and a Century 21 Gold Medallion award. It is this sense of achievement that drives her team to continue to succeed.

Business Owner

Jose De Leon Jr. has been around Real Estate all of his life. He pursued and received his Real Estate license at the early age of 18. First experience came in the form of Time Share and phone sales; the success of those experiences helped him become a more well-​rounded person to truly go out into the field with knowledge. Having gone from the highest of the highs in 04 – 06′ during the market boom to the lowest of the lows in 07′-11′ he has been able to experience the biggest fluctuation of Real Estate prices and changes of Real Estate laws that has ever happened to the nation.

Property investments and technology is his specialty, working with both foreign and domestic buyers to find the best deals possible. There is, as he says, «money to be made at every corner.» Jose’s strength lies in marketing via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Instagram, and Google+.
