Call me twice a fool, the first time was exactly like the second, didn’t write a review 1^st time because maybe I was wrong, I am not! First time they used my chlorine out of bucket vs dumbing their own, never cleaned filter, a few years later from a friends rec. tried again, worst then the first never cleaned my filter, realtor even said you need to dump the pool water, I said to myself I have a service Gilman, well here is what I feel is poor they fight with you when I was trying to help via email vs calling me as requested, I feel this is just a corporate co. sure they crunch numbers and its probably not the tech faults, he is on a tight schedule, just that it all happened 2x tells me its the company not eth tech’s. Hate smashing anyone but also from eth other bad review posted would have been wiser so hope this helps someone from my opinion.
