The pizza was ok, not what I expected for the 30 minutes it took not to mention it was a bit burned however the garlic bread was a nice touch. The service could have been better however we realize going in at 1am may not be the best time. It was interesting to people watch and I actually noticed that the security guard and cashier used the tip jar to their advantage and would only be cordial if you tipped. My advice for this place is to go during normal business hours you will probably have a better experience.

I just love this place and find myself trying to get by there when I’m in Orlando. They have some of the biggest single slice pizza I have ever seen. The buffalo chicken or supreme are my favorites. Each slice comes complete with pizza crust rolls.

Formerly Gino’s Pizza. Everything is still the same. Great thin crust pizza. Open late after the night scene and always a good place to sober up! The inside downstairs is pretty much a narrow path where you pick your pizza and pay. Then you can head upstairs to sit down. This pizza joint is downtown so you can expect some crazy drama at times and bums stirring things up!

Best spot in downtown Orlando for a quick slice of pizza! They have a large selection & they have great, quick service. Each slice also comes with a complimentary, garlic knot. All for only $ 5! You can even sit upstairs & have your pizza brought up to you!

One of my best«fast food» pizza places you’ll ever see. While I don’t think that Gitto’s Pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in Orlando(that honor goes to Brick & Fire), I seem to end up at Gitto’s all of the time. Located close to the intersection of Orange and Church, Gitto’s Pizza is a small hole-in-the-wall pizza place that presents a fun(and tasty) pizza experience day or night. I typically go to Gitto’s either for a late night snack or to grab a quick lunch. Regardless of when I seem to go, Gitto’s always has a line. Gitto’s is set up where 2⁄3 of the venue is the employee/cooking area while the remaining part is where people wait in line, pick out their pizza, and wait to receive their order. They also have a sitting area upstairs, but I have never actually been up there. The entire area isn’t as clean or clean-cut as other pizza areas, but that grime gives it that great New York pizza feeling. Once you get to the front of the line, the cashier will ask if you want a slice or a full pizza. Gitto’s has a wide range of pre-made pizzas for ordering slices. I usually get 1 or 2 Hawaiian slices(which usually comes to around $ 5). After placing my order, an employee grabs your slice, puts a delicious piece of garlic bread with it, and throws it in the oven to heat it up for about 5 minutes. Once it is finished, they bag it up and give it to you. While the pizza isn’t on the level of the Brick & Fires of the world, the pieces are indeed gigantic, so they make for a great small lunch or a great late-night snack. Overall, Gitto’s Pizza is a great downtown pizza place. While it isn’t what I describe as a «foodie» pizza joint, it makes for a tasty treat at a fair price.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve never had their pizza before. This review is based on their customer service. I recently called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was beyond rude. I called to place an order for a chicken Parmesan because it’s one of the items on their online menu. The guy on the phone then said«nope, don’t have it» I responded, «you guys don’t have chicken parm?» He said, «no». His tone was uncalled for, just plain rude. Will I ever eat here? I don’t know. If I do, I’ll be sure to post a review based on the food.

Waited over an hour for two pies last night. A little ridiculous. Pizza was decent, not great.

I was skeptical when some friends suggested Gitto’s as the place to grab pizza after a night downtown. I’ve HAD pizza after a night out, and it’s always been forgettable. Not Gitto’s so many different kinds! The quality was decent too! For how cheap it was, it does not have to be as good as it is. There is ample seating upstairs, and even though the line was long, we moved along quickly. They serve beer too(possible bad choice?) but I will definitely be back!

Update to prior review: Owner called next night at 10:30pm apologizing for mishap. He offered to right the wrong if I’m ever in the area again and will make sure my card is credited. Too bad it happened. The pizza looked good. Update: my card was credited.

Literally some of the best pizza ever! Love going in there after the bars and clubs downtown! Usually pretty fast too(:

This pizza is the best slice downtown, especially if you have the drunken munchies! The price still blows my mind a little because of how cheap slices are in NYC, but it’ll do for DT Orlando!

Surprisingly good pizza in the heart of downtown Orlando. We ate it twice both in and take out. Enjoyed it. World class, no. But far better than one would hope and greet friendly service.

Gitto’s isn’t anything fancy really and I’ve had better pizza certainly but for what it is – and the nearly all-night hours it keeps – it’s a good find in downtown Orlando. They have a vast variety of pizzas made up to sell by the slice and can add toppings to cheese pizza pretty readily, too. They also have some beer on tap and a really nice upstairs seating area, so if you don’t want to take your pizza with you, it’s possible to eat there in some comfort. I would say it’s really three and a half stars: the pizza could be better, but certainly not horrible – it’s a case of «it will certainly do» but thing is, there are in general better dining options in downtown Orlando by far – though few open so late.

Not as good as it looks, unfortunately. Definitely overpriced too, at $ 5 a slice… I don’t think they charge that much in New York, let alone downtown Orlando. The garlic knots are really unnecessary, and they are not that garlicky, either. The slices are jazzed up with various toppings, but nothing extreme, or above average. It’s not the cleanest place, either, but I like the upstairs seating which looks like they’ve recently renovated. I’ve been here a few times. For a slice, it’s probably your best bet downtown. But it’s mostly here to sop up the alcohol in the bellies of all the downtown bar-hoppers.

Are you looking for a local late night spot for greasy pizza that brings a smile to every taste bud in your mouth? Gitto’s Pizza is just what you want! Gitto’s is conveniently located Downtown Orlando for all those late night club goers who are wanting a quick bite to soak the evening’s alcohol intake. If you’re a part of this crowd, beware that the line is typically long, like people standing in the doorway and outside long. But don’t be discouraged because the service is usually very quick and the staff does they’re best to be friendly while serving customers with a sense of urgency. They serve all kinds of pizza from cheese to lasagna pizza and the slices are HUGE! Plus all slices come with a garlic knot for a super cheap price. Yes the pizza is greasy, but it’s sooooo good! Definitely one of my favorite best worst decisions to make :) They also serve other items on the menu, but i’ve never been able to pass up a slice of pizza. Maybe one day I’ll get past the pizza menu lol. At first glance Gitto’s looks super small if you venture upstairs you’ll find a nice size seating area to enjoy your meal. I had been to Gitto’s several times before I every knew this. Going upstairs was like a whole new world for me lol. I recceommend Gitto’s to all my local and visiting pizza lovers! You won’t be disappointed :)

My husband and I came here super late one night after hanging out with some friends at a bar. We were feeling like being pigs and wanted a greasy snack to compliment our mildly drunken state. Essentially, we wandered into this place and got to point at the type of pizza we wanted in the display case. We wanted the pizza that also had french fries and bacon on it. Pizza topped with french fries, people. What else would you even order? It turned out to just be okay, but I still enjoyed it. If it had been hotter I might have given this place a five star review. The floor was sticky and it wasn’t the cleanest place I’d ever seen, but it serves it’s purpose. We wanted pizza by the slice, late at night, fast, for cheap. Gitto’s delivered.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Orlando. Not bad for around $ 4 a slice. One slice will fill you up for sure. Looking at them through the glass, I just knew I was going to devour a few slices. Glad I only got one lol I had a pizza with broccoli on it for the first time and it was perf! Definitely have to go back again soon. The upstairs lounge was deserted earlier in the day but I’ve heard it gets pretty packed at night! This place is a must!

This place came HIGHLY recommended so my husband and I were excited to try it out. I had a caprese pizza and my husband had two slices of sausage and pepperoni. Each slice comes with a garlic roll. They were just okay. This seems like a great late night spot after you’ve had a few drinks at the clubs around here, but we were sober and not really wowed.

The quality of food pretty good. And the food comes out quick. I just don’t like how the name is so close the previous establishment. It had me fooled at first. I realized because I always look at the wall of photos of previous patrons famous and regulars. When I looked and saw brick thats when I realized it wasnt Gino’s anymore. I would normally give 5 star but the service I recieved was poor in this particular visit. I just left the hospital from visiting my dad stopped by about 2:55 and they look like they were shutting down. Needless to say I had to wait a while to pay when there was nobody in the shop. I just wanted to grab and go. Besides that its the same.
