The clothes are cute but the service in this particular store is marginal at best. There was a Spanish speaking lady in front of me trying to look up something(maybe an email) and the cashier couldn’t find it in the system, she tried to have the lady write down what she wanted on receipt paper. The customer yanked the receipt paper out jamming the feeder. After 10 minutes of not even acknowledging me I finally got rang up with not even a «how are you» from the cashier. I asked for a gift receipt which of course neither(the gift or regular) correctly printed. The manager said outright she couldn’t give me one, but I could call corporate and ask for one. So convenient! She offered me a gift box as consolation for my missing receipt. Aren’t those free anyways? Gymboree, you need some customer service training!!!
