Still obsessed! I went back for my second visit yesterday after being in California the last couple of years, and it was just as great! I was the first patient of the morning, and everyone was still welcoming even though it was early and freezing cold outside. Jean helped me get my paperwork in order and looked up my insurance information easily.
The best part was KIM!!! She was the one who did my x-​rays and cleaning, and she was so fabulous. I always get nervous at the dentist, and this was literally the first time in my life that I didn’t feel nervous at all. She had me laughing and smiling the whole time, and was quick to talk me through moments of anxiety during the xrays and cleaning. She is truly an asset to the place, and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment with her in July!

I LOVE Dr. Otero and his staff. Jean up front is dynamite at what she does, super friendly. The hygienists are fabulous.
I actually became a patient years ago when Dr. Otero bought the practice from my former dentist. I figured I would see how it goes– and stayed. Not quite sure, but I think I’ve been with him about 15 years?
Dr. Otero is friendly and kind and truly cares about his patients. I can’t say enough good things about him!

I HATE the dentist. I’ve had some horrible experiences in the past and have probably been to over a dozen different ones. All were terrible in their own ways.
I’m happy to say I’ve finally found a dentist that I actually like. Dr. Otero and the entire staff there is very nice and accommodating and seem to understand that some people just don’t like the dentist so they will be quick and gentle to get you out of there fast and pain free. They also have TV’s in every room for you to watch to keep you preoccupied with something other than concentrating on what’s going on, which is really nice.
I would recommend going to Dr. Otero to anyone. Especially if you have a fear of the dentist like I do.
