HITTSQUAD Recording Studio LLC is a professional independent audio/​visual, music production company and Recording Studio in Orlando, FL. We offer sound design and recording services for the music industry, particularly in Orlando, Florida. We exist to help Independent Talents Thrive!

HittSquad Studio was founded as part of Aknolege Music group (AMG). Similar to the EPMD Hit Squad from the 90’s, we are here representing those core values preached by Eric Sermon and K-​Solo. We have a long history of talented and famous musicians who have worked here; like K-Solo’s son, Pressure407, Woop, Tory Lanez, DefJam, Pepsi and more. We’ve provided a professional and friendly environment for musicians and performers of all stripes for almost half a decade.

We combine professional acoustics, state-​of-​the-​art equipment and professional engineers to ensure that every recording session results in the best possible finished product. We use the Avid Pro Tool System for our high-​resolution digital recording. We also have other Digital Workstations like Logic, Ableton & Reason, plus an overabundance of world-​class plugins such as Slate Digital, Waves, UAD, TC Electronics, SoundToys and more.

Lawrence learned to play the drums at a church in his native Akwa-​Ibom (Nigeria), where music lessons were accessible and free. He moved to Chicago in 1997 when he was 13 years old.
