History

Established in 1996.

Founders, Paule and Lori Hogan began caring for their gandmother… as time moved forward, so did the realization that this type of help for seniors was needed by more people besides grandma Hogan.

Your local Home Instead Senior Care office is owned and operated by Debra (myself) and James Foscolo. We persued our healthcare careers originally as nursing home administrators. We started our in this industry due to our close realationships with our grandparents.

I love what I do for a career, and cannot imagine doing anything else! even if you dont think the time is right for services, please give us a call and let us educate you on our industry. When the time is right, you will be prepared and able to choose the best comany for you and your family.

As a Nursing Home Administrator, I truly loved working with our aging population. Once I was given the opportunity to work with seniors who have the option to age while in the comfort of their home, I decided to make a career change.

Working with the aging population is where I belong. I want and enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Where do I start. I actually use to work with them. I was so excited for orientation that I got all dressed up in my uniform and a ribbon. 2 straight days of it. Without pay. They sent me to a location for example to Saint Cloud to be with someone for 2 or 4 hours then drive to another location 45min. Away. They don’t pay for your milage or your gas. I spent $ 80 a week on gas. Andrea the HR lady, very rude, will act nice, but very ignorant. But the care the employees give to other residents is nice, I give that a star, but how they treat us, no stars given. Glad I don’t ever have to step foot there again.
