Hyatt Regency Orlando Int’l Airport

Super Comfy, Clean, and excellent service! Will definitely be back. My son forgot his brand new shoes in the hotel room. Syed Ali (security) fedex them to us within day. Syed, thank you for your amazing service.

This is a Hyatt property so you do expect it to be on the up and up, however it is pretty dated, and well over due for a remodel, and the room service menu is severely lacking. However they do make up for a lot in customer service, I will say for customer service they do live up to the Hyatt standards and then some…

We had an emergency situation with family that caused us to fly home quickly at a last minute notice. We tend to fly into Orlando from Boston or Worcester as we can get a direct flight with Jetblue. Usually we are coming down to see family back home in Gainesville or to hit the parks in Orlando. So often we stay near Disney property or with family in Gainesville.
Since our flight came in late at night, we planned to drive up to Gainesville the next day. In order to make life easier we booked into this Hyatt. We got a great deal as well. We even got a free breakfast with our price package.
Everything about our stay was magnificent. Check in was friendly and easy. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, etc. We opened the door which lead out to the area where terminal A was. You could see/​hear people coming and going, plus the large fountain tehre. At first we thought that would keep us up, but with the balcony door closed you couldn’t hear anything. We had a geat nights sleep here.
The breakfast buffet was small but had good choices. Our server was attentive even though we were doing buffet.
It was really weird to be staying in the airport but its super convenient. In fact we are staying here again before our Disney cruise in two weeks. We again fly in on a Saturday night and the cruise line bus will take us to the port on Sunday. So makes sense to stay here the night before and not worry about rental car or transportation to a different hotel. I totally recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Hyatt the night before our Disney cruise and it was wonderful! We arrived very tired at 10 am and the hotel gave us a room right away! What a godsend! Bed was super comfortable, room clean and beautiful. Considering it is located inside an airport, we were shocked how nice and quiet it was — we ate in the Food Court –but had a wonderful breakfast in the hotel– WELL WORTH IT! Highly recommend!
Disney rep meets you in the morning — easy luggage pick up from the hotel directly to the cruise — Disney busses you to Port Canerval! Again! A+ All Around! Will do it again!

This was a very convenient hotel. It is located INSIDE! The airport!!! I was able to see tsa check point from my hotel window. The hotel is large and up to date the elevator is all glass great views on the way up. The hotel is also close to the rental counters.

Highly reccomend. Room was spotless. Very helpful staff. Very quiet despite being in the airport. Would definetly stay here again.

Love staying at a hotel that has an airport especially after a Disney week. Took the last day to veg out in the hotel airport which has everything you need except diapers which are 9 minutes away at walgreeens or Walmart. Rooms are great spacious kids loved it pool was great, gym workable. The food options are very fairly priced. Would definitely do again.

What a great hotel located within the Orlando airport! I flew in late last Sunday night and didn’t want to add the extra time of getting a rental car and trekking to my hotel, so decided to try the Hyatt at the airport. The staff was very friendly and got me checked in very quickly, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great the next morning too — the essentials to a great hotel stay. I will definitely be back during my next trip to Orlando.

During my last visit to Florida, our flight was delayed and we were offered a room here. Given that the alternative was a night in Detroit, we went with this option.
It’s very convenient that the hotel is located inside the airport. There’s not much of a view, but we felt very secure. With my mom and sister, we were given a room with a king sized bed as well as a cot. We could have easily fit in the bed together, but I chose the cot (which was more comfortable than my bed at home!).
The room was very clean, and very comfortable. It was however, very noisy. There must have been a pool, or a gym near our room because we could hear people running down the halls the entire night.
We were also given a free breakfast, which was basically a breakfast buffet. It made the flight home much more enjoyable, and we arrived home safely.

Due to the shenanigans of a certain airline, which cancelled my family’s outgoing flight from Orlando, we were forced to find a last minute hotel to stay at for 2 extra days. Since we were already at the airport, we thought, «Ok, let’s just stay at the Hyatt at the airport.»
Initially, we thought that the Hyatt was just adjacent to the airport, but NO, it is actually INSIDE the airport. Standing on the balcony of our room, we could see the inside of the airport and just peek out to see that oh, the security line was particularly long at that time, or oh look, a bunch of people are walking out from the terminals, so a plane must have landed. Because we were there for the holidays, we also had a lovely view of the gorgeous Christmas tree they had set up downstairs.
This is a Hyatt, so it’s obviously going to be a nice hotel, though if you are comparing Hyatt’s, there are nicer ones in Orlando (e.g. the one near the convention center). The biggest selling point of this Hyatt is the convenience of its location. INSIDE the airport– it doesn’t get much better than that. Although due to the fact that the Hyatt is inside, some of the rooms face the inside of the airport, and the food court is just a few paces away, if you really didn’t want to, you wouldn’t have to go outside at all.
There is a decent gym and pool located on the 6^th floor and restaurants on the 3^rd floor and 9^th floor.
The room itself was pretty standard. As someone else has mentioned, the sink was poorly designed. The faucet does not protrude far enough over the basin of the sink, which results in water splashing all around the back of the sink, which makes the counter infinitely wet and gross. It’s not the biggest problem in the world, but come on, it’s a sink, how did you mess that one up?
tl;dr: Super convenient location for stranded travelers and people who just want something quick and easy without the hassle.

Its all about location and convenience.
Great choice of a hotel to stay for a night if heading out on a week long cruise the next day.
Nice rooms with balconies with a view of the airport inner mall area, or of the runway to watch the planes in action.
Decompress and get a good nights sleep before partying for a week’s vacation.
We had a really nice room, clean, comfy bed, flat screen tv, and a balcony facing the runway to go outside and watch the planes. Very quiet actually and didn’t even hear them while sleeping. Free wifi. Plenty of options to eat at as the airport has a food court, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself has bars, dining options, and a spiffy rooftop pool too. Decent gym to get in a workout. Courteous front desk staff and easy check in. Hard to believe this kind of hotel is right in the middle of the airport.
Rooms are not too pricy but it’s worth it for the convenience to pay a little more. Just grab your luggage, head right up to check-​in, then relax with a cocktail. No need to leave the airport as shuttles to Port Canaveral are right there each morning.

You get off the plane and the hotel is literally in the terminal. Great for layovers or getting into Orlando late at night. We opted to stay here one night before starting our Walt Disney World adventure because we arrived so late in the evening and kids were tired. By spending the night here we saved one day of rental car fees and one night at our destination hotel which was very pricy so I figured why pay that high rate for a late night check in and park a rental car for the night. Saved a ton, plus the rate here was great! Very pleased in every way, nice staff and nice hotel.

Pat in housekeeping is the best.
She came to talk to my grandson, she found out it was his birthday and brought him 3 cookies and a bottle of water. The staff is amazing and especially Pat.

Nach einem Transatlantischen Flug verbringen wir hier gerne die erste Nacht. Nach annähernd 24 Stunden Reisezeit ist das sicher und bequem.
Das Hotel ist direkt im Flughafen. Wenn man in Orlando landet nur Koffer holen und mit dem Aufzug in die Lobby fahren. Und schon kann der Urlaub entspannt beginnen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und dem Preis angemessen. Wir haben noch nie Fluglärm oder laute Nachbarn gehabt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

This is a solid 4 star hotel which offers complementary (well, probably not comped, but included in the price of the room) Wifi for guests and access to a decent gym with treadmills, machines, AND FREE WEIGHTS. The rooms were nice, but there were no bedside outlets or mobile charging stations, so you have to recharge your phone in an area not near your bed. We enjoyed the pool as well. Although located in an airport terminal, not once were we bothered by jet engine noise — even when outside enjoying the pool in the evenings.
The breakfast buffet at the Hemisphere restaurant was tasty enough, and the wait staff was extremely friendly. McCoy’s Bar/​Grill offered generous liquor pours and they make a decent burger. There is also a small mall and food court area located on the terminal level with fast food options.
Because it is located in the airport, you will not have access to Über pick-​up, which is total BS because the cost of a cab ride anywhere is hilariously gouged. You can take Über back to the hotel though. If you’re able, definitely rent a car for the day. The hotel does charge a daily fee for parking.
Best of all, you take an elevator ride and you’re at the terminal for your departure. You can’t beat that.

I was traveling for business and happened to notice the Hyatt Orlando Airport was actually cheaper than most of the surrounding airport hotels. To me that was a big plus since I was only there for the night and was flying out the next morning.
It’s located right smack in the middle of the airport, so airside access is quick and easy. The hotel staff was very friendly and quick, I was in my room five minutes after arriving in the lobby.
I think the room was the biggest plus, besides the normal fact of expecting for it to be clean and spacious, there was one big standout for me… A ceiling fan! Rarely have I come across hotels that have a ceiling fan, but I find sleeping with one on so much better.
There really isn’t much more to say about the hotel, but the reason I gave them four stars is because of a billing issue that I had. I was charged for the room with my incidental card, while my company had already paid for it. After a few phone calls back and forth it was resolved. I recommend to double check the bill as you’re checking-​out to make sure this doesn’t happen to you.

Wow this place is hard to find! It’s inside the airport! If you’re coming in on one of the flights it should be super easy since you don’t even need a car. Just roll your luggage up to the hotel and you’re set! For those who are driving, follow all or signs or just set up your GPS already. I had the best time trying to use voice recognition with the blvd.
Valet was nice and friendly and fast. If you need the car shortly, be sure to tell them to keep it close by. Always call your car 5 – 10 min in advance. Saves you some waiting time. Gary who dealt with unloading our car was great too. Fellow NYer. The bellhop who dropped off our luggage was helpful as well and loaded up my room with all my bags.
The front desk is helpful and friendly. The checked me in with ease and was able to answer my questions or find my answers.
I had a clog in my bathtub and they were quick to come up. Maintenance even dropped off chocolates in shapes of wrenches (right?!) for our inconvenience and proceeded to unclog my tub.
OK downfalls, sink is poorly designed. What were they thinking. The water splashes to the back and all over the sink and then puddles and starts to drop OFF the sink! Be sure to have towels ready to catch the drop.
TIP: BRING lots of tip cash. Staff is friendly but they also expect their tip!

We always stay here in a day room the day we leave for back home. Our flight didn’t leave until late. We got into our very clean and well appointed room and didn’t have to worry about it being dirty. The finishes are very nice. We headed to the pool and spent some time. I am glad they replaced the old pool liner. They recoated the bottom of the pool. Our weather was overcast but I still got some sun. We had to check out by 6 but did some shopping and ate dinner. We also took a nap on the comfy beds. The bell hops and staff are very friendly. It is a great price at around $ 110.00. We will be back.

This hotel is built inside the airport in orlando, which made my visit to Orlando very convenient for alot of things. Didn’t need a car. Didn’t need to go far for food. I liked that. The food at the hotel was pretty good.
The service was good. Staff was excellent. Didn’t have an issue with anyone.
The hotel was pretty clean. Had a nice gym. Swimming pool was really nice, looked over the airport on the 6^th floor. Very clean.
What I didn’t like was the alarm that went off at 130am. it went off for 10 minutes… reason? No idea. None was given. No staff came to give us any apologize. Nothing. For that main reason, I gave it a 1 star. Now I have a flight to sfo at 6am. Tired and exhausted. Perhaps that’s to my advantage.
