Unfortunately, this car wash has not met my expectations time and time again. The wait times are much longer than comparable businesses, the service is sub par, and the quality of the service isn’t as good as Octopus on Mills or other comparable establishments. They get two stars for doing the bare minimum job, but next time, I’ll go elsewhere.

Got the interior and exterior wash. The service was quick and painless even as busy as they were.
I have to commend their detail as the effort they put into my car was pretty intense. It smelled like clean and it especially looked the part. Books, edged, everything was immaculate.
Make sure to bring cash for the tip! They put a lot of effort in their work.

Been here couple times already, nice service and fast. I went to the beach at the weekend got a lot sand in my car and the trunk was very messy, got inside&out as usual, maybe because they were busy that day, my back trunk still had a lot sand after I got home, I had to vacuum it by myself. hope they can get the job done more perfectly next time.

First let me begin by saying this company blocked me from their Facebook after I made a review there! So I paid 38.00 for a super clean package, which is the highest package available! My windows had finger prints all over them, obviously not touched. The vacuum job was extremely half asses and rushed. Somehow throughout all of the rushing, I still managed to wait for my small Toyota Corolla for 45 mins! Additionally, in the very beginning the workers «explained» the stain on the door wouldn’t come out with their soap, however, I was able to remove the stain myself with just water once I got home SO just maybe if they would’ve given my car some effort the stain would’ve come our. To top it off, they did not replace my floor mats! After getting down the road I realized I didn’t have them. When I called to ask about them the manager told me I didn’t have mats when I came in… oh ok. So I asked the manager to play back their cameras and guess who arrived with floor mats? I went back to pick up my mats! What a disappointment for 38 dollars!!!
After reading reviews for other customers And seeing the response «did you tell someone you were displeased?» I went back up to this establishment, this time with my fiancé to let them know I was displeased and to also question a dent and scuff mark on my door WHICH I EXPLAINED MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN FROM THEM but I wanted to check since I had had such horrible service previously, their track record wasn’t good with me. Long story short the manager told me I was lying on my other review, that HE OFFERED TO VEIW THE CAMERAS to find my mats and I did not ask him to view. Very defensively might I add. So just to clear that up, he reviewed the camera for my MISSING mats that they did not return, and told me I didn’t show up with. Then found after reviewing the camera. Furthermore, the owner let us know that he’d «stop inviting certain kind of people to his establishment» hmmm… ill let you formulate what that actually means. The manger was way more concerned with my past post being grammatically correct than their service. Cops were even called because they said they were «Done with me! Ha. Cop looked into my car and said «yeaaa I understand your frustration.» So… you definitely lost a customer from the Orlando Police Department. And to address your concern about my education which has nothing to do with your service… I’m an Air Force Veteran, accomplished one degree and working on another and a small business owner myself. Your comments were recorded.

I had the unfortunate experience of overhearing an interaction take place at this business today. I’m not sure if the owner or manager was dealing with a customer upset about service they previously received. Rather than try to please the customer, this «gentleman» states that he is going to have to stop allowing «certain» people to get their car washed at this business.
One could only assume based on the family in front of him (a dad, mom, and infant child) that he WASN’T talking about families, but more like black people. I was not only offended after hearing this, but upset enough to never visit this business.

You know I usually have a great experience here, but today was an absolute fail! I mainly wanted an exterior wash and bug remover, I also wanted a quick spray wax. The gentleman who greater me at the wash kiosk essentially took my request and I proceeded with an ale-​carte wash for $ 28 — well (to my ignorance) that didn’t include a vacuum or at the very least and interior wipe down. As I waited for my car to be dried I noticed that they have a car wash package for $ 28 that includes EVERYTHING I WANTED minus the bug remover: wash, spray wax, wheel shine, vacuum, and interior clan (perfect…not so much) the gentleman who greeted me at the kiosk should have recognized that what I requested was essentially the $ 28 package I spoke of above, you know «oh that sounds like our ultimate packaged, you just need the bug remover add on!’ — my response would have been oh PERFECT! On top of it all, when my car was finished, I asked one of the managers (old guy in a black shirt) ‘hey, I didn’t notice that I could have purchase the ultimate package, but you mind if I get a quick vacuum — I’ll even do it myself!’ His response ‘oh no I can let you do that, but it will be $ 8 for the vacuum.’ Wait, what? $ 8 for you to take 5 maybe 10 min the vacuum my car? I think that’s crazy!
I should have been more aware — yes, but if you send someone to help you at a kiosk, make sure they know everything as well. «The blind can’t lead the blind!» Any who, I’m sure I’ll return again, I just hope I have a better experience!

I chose the «in & out» package. It was to include an exterior wash with hand drying and an interior vacuum for $ 16. Good pricing. However after getting into my car and driving off to finish some shopping I noticed something that really irritated me. The exterior was reasonable clean for a drive thru type of wash, but the interior was a joke. They did vacuum the passenger and driver areas. But they didn’t even bother vacuuming the back seat or back floor which was visibly dirty due to my recent beach trip. Also did not vacuum the trunk area of my wrangler which is extremely accessible. Pure laziness to just pass on those areas because they won’t be immediately noticed by the customer.

This place is always busy, but I can see why. They do such a great job with my car and have affordable pricing. The employees are quick and friendly. If you don’t pull close enough to the kiosks to choose the car wash you want, don’t worry, because an employee will always be there within seconds to push the buttons and swipe your card for you.
Pro Tip: If you’re looking for a quick and cheap car wash, On Wednesdays you can get the basic wash for $ 4.00, which is half the normal price and you can drive it through yourself. Also, look for coupons on their website to help you out with the more expensive detailing.

Be aware of you vehicle’s parts and interior trim when dealing with this car wash. I have been a customer for multiple years and really never had much to complain about. I am not sure if there has been a change in management or staff but service levels have fallen off.
On a recent visit I brought a new vehicle for it’s first wash. I went with their ultra clean service to really work on the interior. The exterior was was decent but water spots were left and bug residue on the front was not fully cleaned. The interior was overly cleaned. There was far too much interior cleaner used on the dash and doors, there was some even dripping off my center console. The detailer got the trim cleaner on the fabric parts of the door leaving it stained (the stains remain there over a week later and likely need to be cleaned to remove completely.
The worst part is a small interior trim piece was lost during the cleaning. The piece is easily removable so I am guessing it just fell out. This is frustrating but not life ending. What has really upset me is when I called the office to discuss it I was asked to e-​mail the receipt and send some pictures so they could looking into it and speak to the detailer that worked on my car. Over a week later I have not even received a response to my e-​mail despite knowing they received the e-​mail (an office employee confirmed it was received). I did not want compensation for the part but just to be acknowledged and hopefully help improve a business I frequented.
Now that my first issue with the wash has gone completely unacknowledged I will not be going back. God forbid they cause more serious damage to a vehicle that actually needs attention. I have no faith they would ever stand by their service or do right by a customer.

So I ended up parking under a tree at work and came out to find my car covered in droppings upon droppings from the lovely birds up above. They don’t usually inhabit that particular tree, but I guess when it rains, it pours, and that’s a horrible analogy to use considering the state of my car … I digress. So I pull into Images because my fiancé really likes them and is a loyal customer there. I get the basic wash with added bug removal which the guy at the ticket machine recommends. I wait for about 15 minutes and my car comes out sparkly and clean! I did notice after I left and parked the car elsewhere that there were a few soap streaks on the car itself, so the guy who wiped down the car after the wash missed some areas. Ordinarily this would mean a 2 star review for me, but I’m giving them 3 because of all the other times I’ve accompanied my significant other here and had an overall good experience. Let’s hope my future encounters also raise my expectations a bit more.

First of all, I will state that I was not there to witness my car detailed but saw the finished product. I will say this place employs some miracle workers when it comes to detailing and removal of dog hair.
My husband brought my SUV in after calling around to several car wash places. These guys were the only ones that answered the phone and gave us a pretty close to accurate quote (less than we anticipated actually). They don’t take appointments so come early if you want to beat the lines. I HIGHLY recommend dropping off the car unless you want to wait. My husband waited about 5 hours which was reasonable considering the detailing they would be doing (not to mention, all the DOG HAIR). My husband would check with the front desk occasionally for updates and most of the wait was due to the employees really working to get the dog hair out.
Pricing for exterior and interior detail was $ 129 which seemed like too little so we made sure to have cash to tip the hardworking staff that worked on my car. I had my husband ask about if they offered some sort of detailing club but unfortunately not, just a rewards program. When I saw my car, I was in awe at how clean it was. While there were random dog hairs lingering, it was a DRASTIC improvement from what it looked prior to. We’re totally using these folks again and recommend them especially if you have pets.

I have been going to Images Car Wash and Detail for about two years. I always recommend it to my friends because of the $ 4 Wednesday basic wash deal. It’s great just to spruce up your car, and that’s all I ever really need.
Today (Wednesday) I decided to take myself for my $ 4 wash and my boyfriend to get his car (which is his prized possession) washed inside & out as well as a late Valentine’s Day gift. He got some kind of shine deal where they do the inside, outside, and tire shine on your car.
My car came out clean and I was satisfied. He was satisfied as well — as they cleaned his car, vacuumed the inside, towel dried the outside, and shined his tires for him.
HOWEVER, when we got home, we noticed that the turn signal on the side of his car was missing. It been ripped off as it went through the automated car wash. This isn’t a huge problem, as it’s replaceable and didn’t notice it until we got home, but I advise everyone else who lets their car go through the automated wash at Images to PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR WHEN YOU’RE DONE.
I am kind of disappointed that convinced him to take his car there for it to be damaged. I will return (my car isn’t a big deal), but not so sure about him. :(

I love Images. Have been taking my cars here for years, and am surprised I’ve never taken the time to review it on Unilocal.
I purchased a new car a little under two years ago, and committed to myself to take really good care of it both inside and out. So I typically take it to Images for a little TLC every month-​and-​a-​half or so. I know that I could easily clean my car myself with little effort and far less of a cost, but honestly I don’t mind shelling out $ 15-​$ 20 to get a good cleaning. And Images always and reliably does a good job.
Keep in mind the place is typically very, very busy on the weekends, so there’s likely to be a wait. That being said, there’s both indoor and outdoor seating to wait. But during the non-​peak times there’s rarely a wait, and the team is pretty quick in their services.
By far one of the best car detailing places in the Central Florida area, in my opinion.

Not the best place to get car wash. paid 28 $ for the ultra car wash. there was dust inside and outside of the car.

First off… you roll up to an automated kiosk to purchase your wash. You are left to navigate through the countless selections and «upgrades» alone. FAIL! Aparently, I like people to be helping me during my carwash experience. Maybe I’m strange! Anyway, I selected the Express Wax option… which included an full service wash and wax with an orbital waxer. The charge was $ 59.99.
I watched my car go through the wash… I watched them dry it… I watched them run the orbital waxer over my car for 90 (ninety) seconds. I’m pretty sure it was dry too… no wax!!! Then I watched them spend a solid 10 minutes with a small blower, blowing all the excess moisture and dust out of my door jambs etc. They walked around my car at least a dozen times drying and scrubbing little spots here and there… trying to look busy! Wanna look busy??? How bout a little wax on, wax off??? Never did I see any waxing going on.
60 bucks lighter… I left with a clean and dry (but NOT WAXED) car!!! The attendant gave me a dirty look because I didn’t tip him. Really??? Even if I wanted to tip… there’s no attendant to make change for you… and the ATM in the waiting area gives 20 dollar bills. PUH-​LEASE!!!
The center area of my carpet still had lots of dog hair on it… vacuum skills and waxing skills are lacking too!!!
The moral of this story is I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CARWASH AGAIN!!! EVER!!!

Just got my car washed and I’m a little disappointed. For $ 28 for the ultra, and $ 5 tip and the car looks like it got a rinse off and tire shine. The grill is still dirty with smudge and around the door areas. Step it up already.

1) They damaged my car. It was minor, but damaged nonetheless.
2) I paid them $ 150 because I was expecting them to have attention to detail and clean the things that I couldn’t with my home equipment. They did the same amount of work as what I’ve paid people $ 40 to do before, and something I could have easily done at home. They missed spots and didn’t even bother to open any compartments. I had to go back behind them and clean what they missed.
Truly a disappointment. I will never go again.

They only get an extra star because I liked how my car came out.
This is the first full service car wash in my life that I have been to where there’s a kiosk you have to use instead of talking to a guy when you first pull up. Excluding gas stations.
There was a guy at the front that was just standing there by the vacuum hoses, late 20’s maybe mid 30’s with glasses, along with a Asian woman and an older gentleman. Naturally I drove right up to them because that is standard procedure for any car wash that I have been to ever. And they treated me as if I offended their mother.
He even joked to the other two about how I just pulled right up and didn’t get a ticket. I apologized saying it was my first time and he said that he figured as much. After an audible sigh he just walked up to the kiosk and asked me what I wanted.
It was very uncomfortable to the point where I almost left but there was another car behind me and it would have been more work than to just let them wash it.
I ended up choosing the Ultra Shine and paid extra for the Mat cleaning so my total was about $ 35. After I paid, I went down the street to Dicks sporting goods and hung out in the AC.
Came back 15 minutes later and my car was done. And the guy that handed me the keys was actually nice to me.
I only came here because of word of mouth. So yeah you guys got a customer today, but the disrespect I received lost you a customer for life.

Not bad for a cheap wash but I probably would not get a detail done here. They run a $ 4 special for a basic wash that you drive through their car wash which is quick and economical.

You have the wrong person. I NEVER spoke with you or anyone else about anything. I did not discuss any additional or alternate services with anyone so you clearly do not recall me or my vehicle… I was rushed through without a single word from anyone except the guy I asked to borrow the rag from so I could dust my steering wheel after he supposedly had just done it. Also, the car was not in terrible condition. It needed a simple vacuum and a wipedown, which is obvious from the photos. There are no stains… Just dust left behind on untouched surfaces. The «stains» you’re referring to are simply splashes of coffee and diet sprite on the plastic interior surface of the cup holders… which the «wipedown «you correctly stated I paid for, should have easily removed (and did when I wiped it myself 15 minutes later). The remaining pictures I posted are surface DUST which can also be removed with a swipe of a cloth. Clearly that wasn’t done anywhere except the dashboard… Which your employee managed to break in the process of wiping. You have an average of 2 ½ stars for a reason… maybe you should look at the pictures I uploaded again and read the other reviews without a defensive attitude instead of posturing and acting like you legitimately provide the services you advertise and charge for.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. ZERO STARS!!!
Paid $ 48 and my car is still dirty. Didn’t wipe down the doors, didn’t vacuum the seats and how the heck do they FORGET TO WIPE DOWN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR? The cherry on top… they cracked my dashboard!!! I asked for their rag when I got in the car so I could wipe off some dirt they completely missed on the center console. Back window not clean either. Save your money… Go elsewhere. You’d get a better cleaning with rain and a 2 minute gas station vacuum.
If this is what their «super clean «and «pretreatment «wash gets you, what’s the $ 4 one get you… a quick drive through a mud puddle?
