As a former Assistant State Attorney, founding attorney of Katz & Phillips, David Katz, has proven over the years that he truly has what it takes to be successful in the legal field. With a track record of success, he has shown that he not only understands the side of the prosecution, but also intimately knows the tricks of the defense trade. Although equally able to protect his clients against a vast array of criminal charges, Mr. Katz has intimate knowledge of the laws surrounding DUI accusations — including a position as an Intoxilyzer Specialist. He also maintains membership in many associations and organizations, including the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Bar Association, among others.
