My first visit, I made a last minute appointment to have my eyebrows done. I have very thin eyebrows so I’m always hesitant to try new places with fears someone will pluck too much. The lady was very patient and threaded my eyebrows just how I wanted them.

They are usually quick or have little wait. Very professional and more affordable than many places.

Waited 20 minutes after 11am on a Saturday, and no one opened this business. A small group of customers waited and left. No one answered the phone number. What a bummer after driving 35 minutes.

I took my daughter to get eyebrow threading and Christine did a good job. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes.

I was new to Florida and tried 5 places before I found this salon. It’s now the only place I trust to get my brows done. Love it here!

My eyebrows keep getting thinner and thinner here. Definitely not returning and hoping to find another threading place! I might have to bite the bullet and pay more to get them waxed at Brazilian wax center down the street.

I’ve been to my fair share of eyebrows places in the area and I have to say that Susan and Kristina are great, and very detailed. They are great at communicating what they are doing, and why. Which makes me feel safe and confident about their work. I’m so happy I found this place!
The prices are beyond reasonable, they are very clean and friendly.
I recommend going on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday when Susan or Kristina are there. There is another eyebrow threader, but she is not up to par with how Susan or Kristina work.

went there twice. first time the lady was so forceful i ended up with a scar on the lower eyebrow and small bleeding after the thread broke by her pulling so hard. the second time my eyebrows were left uneven.

I like the way my eye brows came after my visit. I was a walk in and there was bit of a line. It didn’t take as long, but be advised this could happen.
The place was also a little tucked away and hiding in the back corner of this shopping center. It’s in the same lot as the Gold’s Gym.
The woman was super nice and quick, but still did good. Also pretty affordable for a lip and brow service. I think I paid about $ 12, including tip.
Will most likely return here in the future.

I drive all the way from hunters creek to get my eyebrows threaded here, but don’t regret it because they’ve done such a great job! I’ve been coming to this salon for years.

I loved how my eyebrows turned out. The lady was super nice and I walked in and waited nothing. Place is a bit hidden.

Please beware when getting eyebrow threading here. The lady performing the service was nice enough, but there was no change of what each client lays their head on; and none of the brushes used were cleaned between each client. I got nicked during the threading (which has never happened before, this was my first visit to Khush), and she used those same brushes on that area. Again, I saw the threader use those same brushes on the client before me without changing or cleaning up. I will never take that risk again and I will speak up when uncomfortable about the cleanliness of any service anywhere. The result of the threading was not worth going back even if Khush improved its cleaning practices.

I got my eyebrows done Monday afternoon (12÷15÷14) at Khush threading in the BayHill plaza. This is my first visit. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for the last 6 years. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was friendly. The cost of $ 10 was good. But there were a couple of concerns that I had as I was getting the service. I didn’t want to make a scene, but I still need to express this even after the fact. I went into the place and there was already a woman getting her eyebrows done before me. When she left she seemed happy with your service. Then I was directed to the same table the previous customer was on. There was no changing of cloth on the table, there was nothing that was disposed of or cleaned. I laid my head in the same place where this other woman did. I briefly thought of that but how many times have I laid my head on something and never got anything from it? So I lay my head down on there. Then the threader used an eyebrow shaping brush that was not sanitized before she used it on me. Again, I didn’t want to make a scene and how many times have I gone somewhere and they didn’t use proper cleaning practice and I never had a problem. Well a couple of things happened that never happened to me before getting my eyebrows threaded. One thing was that the lady who threaded my eyebrows snapped the thread midway through doing one of my brows. After she was done, I thought the job she did was okay… one brow was slightly shorter than the other and she said my eyebrows were uneven in the first place… only had that happen before once a few years back… threaders usually adjust for that… but I didn’t pay it much mind. I just knew I wasn’t coming back, there are other places that I could go to that do a nicer job. Again, I didn’t feel the need to complain. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good.
The threader once again used that same brush to finish up. I went and paid the lady and I left. Got in my car looked in the mirror to check it and I saw a little red mark my right eyebrow it looked like a little nick. Never had that happen before either, but I guess it happens, maybe its just a mark I never saw until now. Later that evening I washed my face and that mark started to sting like it was an open (small) wound. I understand that sometimes these things happen, and as far as the pain it was a sting and I needed to woman up. But the problem is that the person who did it brushed that area with a tool that was not cleaned beforehand, and I saw that it wasn’t changed for the next lady after me. Scary because I had a fresh nick from the service. Who knows if the clients before me had an open wound that was in contact with the same brush that had not been cleaned between uses on different people? I cleaned it with some alcohol and used neosporin on the area, so I don’t anticipate it getting worse. But me not letting you know could endanger your clients behind something as simple as covering the headrest with disposable paper and cleaning your tools before using them on the next person.
Like I said, I don’t think I’m coming back to your studio to get this service done again… but I need some reassurance that you’ve taken action on this concern. Thank you.

Susan is the best! She makes your eyebrows so perfect that your confidence skyrockets! I feel like a completely different person since I’ve been going to her. She is only there Sunday, Monday and Wednesday so make sure you check her out!

The first time I went here I loved it! I’ve went back twice after that and don’t think I’ll go here again. I walked in and saw a sign on the desk saying they were in the back doing a procedure and would be back shortly. After 15 minutes I left, in that amount of time I could’ve just done them myself. The second time, today, same thing. They could at least come out to acknowledge there is a customer in the store and say something. Both times, nothing was said. Customer «service» is lacking.

Fast, friendly, and professional. I’m happy with the way my eyebrows looked afterwards.
I wish they had the name of the store up on top of the building for better visibility like the shops next to them. Was a little difficult to find, being a first timer.

Yes, I am a plucker; I have never had my eyebrows waxed or threaded before, so this was a new experience for me.
Threading is kind of like having a mass plucking. It was quick and precise, albeit not totally pain free. There was some uncomfortableness with it, but fortunately the pain was short lived.
I thought the service professional and friendly, and the rates very reasonable at $ 10 for eyebrows. You may also have the option to thread other areas of your face as well.
Definitely pleased with the results here, and I will be back for future service. So glad to find this place!

I had a Groupon for a facial/​eye-​brow threading that needed to be used. It was difficult to get the salon on the phone, as in no one answered during business hours or was promised a call back and didn’t get one. However, finally was able to connect and made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. (Thanks to them for honoring my Groupon that had expired a few days earlier.)
The salon is located in the Gold’s Gym plaza on Turkey Lake, next to a dog grooming shop.
When I entered the salon, I was promptly greeted and asked to sign in. There are 2 threading chairs in the front room, and there were 5 people, both men and women, waiting their turn.
I was asked to fill out some basic information for the esthetician, and after a few moments was brought back to the treatment room. It was dark, really dark in there… The esthetician came in and started in on my face. The products used were pleasant smelling and didn’t irritate my skin, but the woman only spoke once the entire time. I found that odd, as I’m used to being told what’s going on and what products are being used. Also odd was at the end of the treatment, ICE COLD product was applied so whatever relaxation had been achieved flew out the door. Also worth noting, occasionally I would hear barking dogs from next door.
After my facial, I came out to the main room, waited a few minutes and then it was my turn for threading. I had listened to her spiel to the other customers, so didn’t have her go through it again. She started in and seemed very thorough, double checking her work. A quick check in the mirror and I was on my merry way.
On my drive, I realized that my eyelid was hurting… a lot. Get home, took a good look and not only realized that I had a thread cut on my eyelid, but that I had to do some tweezing to clean up obviously out of place brow hairs.
Although my face is baby bottom smooth and my brows look good, I think I’ll pass on going to this salon for my facial and brow keeping needs.
*If you have breathing issues/​allergies I would caution you, as there is a lot of incense being continually burned.*

Waxing is out and eyebrow threading is in! I started getting my eyebrows threaded by the recommendation of a friend who had it done before. I was always complaining that the hot wax irritates my skin and would give me bumps all around my eyebrows that itch. NO like.
Threading is just like it sounds.,.they take a long string of thread, twist it up, place it around your eyebrow, and when the string unravels the hair is removed. I feel like threading is alot more accurate too. It does hurt just a little but so does waxing. On the plus side… you only have to worry about redness for 15 or so minutes after wards.
COST is 10 $ and this place only takes CASH.
