Business Owner

Dennis Lapin is the Owner/​President and began working in this business with his father, George Lapin, who started AAA Septic in 1959. Dennis has earned a reputation not only as a man of high character, but an authority in the septic industry as well. He is a licensed underground utility and master septic tank contractor.

Everything rises and falls on leadership and this is why the entire company is committed to doing business by «the Book» and treating the customer like we would want to be treated. He has instilled this «customer first» mentality within all of the 55 plus employees of the company and those who work for him know of his unrelenting commitment to this. The atmosphere at Lapin Services makes it a pleasure to work for a man who treats everyone with respect and integrity in a positive atmosphere.
