History

Established in 2003.

After working for a large consumer bankruptcy law firm in Tampa for 4 years, I opened my own practice in Orlando in 2004. I take pride in my decision, from the beginning, to limit my practice only to the representation of people filing bankruptcy and looking for a fresh start financially. In fact, I through the years I have represented more than 2,500 Central Floridians through the bankruptcy process, one of the highest numbers you’ll find for an attorney.

However, bankruptcy is not always the answer to your debt problems. In addition to representing clients in bankruptcy, I also assist people with Student Loan problems, debt negotiation, Mortgage Modification, and Creditor Harassment.

K. Hunter G.

Business Owner

I was born and raised Florida. My family moved from Ft. Myers to Tampa when I was 3 and my parents still live in the same home to this day.

After graduating from Chamberlain High School, in Tampa, I received a soccer scholarship to Mercer University and graduated with undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science in 1996.

I dabbled in a soccer career after college, playing for the Dallas Sidekicks for a season before returning to the law.

I received my J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 1999 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000.
