Ernesto Gonzalez, our Founding Attorney and President, is a trial lawyer with a passion for bringing justice to clients who have been injured as a result of a car accident, slip and fall, or because of someone else’s negligence. We also fight for people and small businesses who have lost money as a result of a breach of contract or other contract dispute. Our guiding principle is that each client is an individual with specific needs and goals who deserves personalized attention to his or her case. We strive to provide outstanding individualized client service and fight aggressively to obtain for our clients every dollar that they deserve. This approach, together with our experience in auto accident litigation, has allowed us to obtain six and seven-figure settlements and verdicts for traffic accident victims. I

Business Owner
Ernesto Gonzalez is the founding attorney at Law Offices of Ernesto Gonzalez, P.A. After working for several prestigious law firms in Central Florida, he founded Law Offices of Ernesto Gonzalez, P.A. to be able to provide more personal and individualized legal assistance to victims of auto accidents who suffered personal injuries. His passion for helping people and giving back to the community comes from his background as an immigrant and the deep appreciation and gratitude he feels for the opportunities he has found in America.
Ernesto arrived in the United States as a young adult in 1998 with no money and no knowledge of English. Through hard work and perseverance, he managed to learn the language and attend college while working full time. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Political Science and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law.
