Mac’s Tree and Yard Services

We have been using Mac’s tree service for several years now. He is super dependable and takes the time to do the job right.
In a world where people give you time frame windows on when they will show up (around that time) Mac gives you an exact time and shows up. That means a lot to me as my time is valuable too and I think a lot of companies do not respect that anymore.
We have tried other tree services but have been disappointed. So we decided over a year ago Mac would be the only one working on our property.
Not only does he work hard but he is a genuinely nice person. My kids love to see him come with his bucket truck! He is so good with them and is always super safe when they are around.

My parents have been renting from Mac Gifford since 1987. I am currently closing out my parents home after their passing for their estate. On our addendum to the current lease, he has agreed to do lawn service. He has not done this yet, you can see the difference between my late parents yard and the yard next door. In the past 25 years he has done minimal to no work on the grounds (tree trimming, etc) as stated in lease addendum, until he was ready for a new tenant. It was severely overgrown up until this year when he actually performed the duties of his previous contract by cutting down the trees in the yard.
Many of the people in my neighborhood (two abutting neighbors) I speak with feel the same of his lack of professionalism and business ethics.
