Not sure about them as lawyers, but they run at least one «shell» organization called the «Mesothelioma Group». Their spamy (unsolicited) email to public service organizations goes like this:
«I’m part of the awareness advocate team at the Mesothelioma Group. Firefighters and first responders face the risk of exposure to asbestos every day in their line of work. Asbestos is a deadly material commonly used in older homes, which can be found in the insulation, roofing, and even flooring. When a fire occurs, asbestos particles become active and are kicked up into the air putting firefighters at additional risk. Our goal at the Mesothelioma Group is to increase first responders mesothelioma awareness, improving survival rates for firefighters and other victims of mesothelioma cancer.»
Doesn’t sound like a straight up way to promote your legal practice, does it?
