MCO In and Out Park and Fly

Poor service, had to wait 30 mins after arriving there for shuttle. When I arrived I was surprised to see it was a muddy grass lot. The guy who first greeted me said to wait in my car. Then he didn’t come back for 10 mins. So I walked into the office where they charged me ahead of time for the entire visit. Then they told me to drive to the middle of the grass field which was poorly lit at night and wait for shuttle. Then I park and wait another 25 mins, during which time I called the office and was told that it would be «momentarily» as she just spoke with the driver. However that meant another 20 mins. The driver was very rude when she arrived and snapped at me when I mentioned I waited over 30 mins for her. She said «well you can choose to go elsewhere then, you are not the only customer here!» I told her that was a very inappropriate comment when someone was giving feedback.
The ride back was better. The driver was very nice and helpful. The price was cheap, and it seems to be a small business, but they need customer service training as a whole. I will try another one of the many park and flys next time.

Great off airport parking service. On time shuttle service and great price! Friendly staff that went above and beyond (dead battery) after returning from a trip. They had me off in a jiffy! Thanks!
