Nike Factory Store

Got some nikes from here for the low. They don’t have much to offer but if you look for awhile you can find some great deals. The location was in a good spot. I got a pair of nikes for $ 35. Not too bad.

This store is consistently a cluster of crazy, but the prices are awesome so I keep going back. My girlfriend and I really enjoy coming here despite the crowds and the messy dressing rooms because where else can you get five pairs of Nike leggings for less than a hundred bucks? Nowhere, duh.
I get the majority of my leggings that I workout in from here and the prices are between $ 15 – 60 a pair. If you are into the NikePro shorts and leggings, this is the best place to get them because they are way cheaper than anywhere I’ve seen them, sometimes as low as $ 8. They have a pretty wide selection so finding my size has never been an issue which is always a plus.
Some of the items you think would be a deal are still marked up pretty high so make sure you have a watchful eye and don’t just start piling your clothes into one of the Nike bags they try to give you. I almost bought a twenty-​five dollar headband –_–

This Nike one is my go to store for most of my needs. Shoes, Apparel, Basketballs, footballs, training equipment mostly everything I need in one place. I’ve been to the one on LBV and Kissimmee but its in a good location besides the parking lets not talk about the parking since its not the stores fault.
But if you are able to get in, The customer service was good. Prices are reasonable but I have seen better deals at other locations.
My main review is about a situation that happened to me. I got some sale items at the Kissimmee store. It was supposed to be marked down from the lowest price but it wasn’t it was marked down from the previous to the lowest price.
Once I caught it when I got home I just wanted to return it. I was tentative on coming to this store but it was the closest store to everything that I do.
But I just went in to return in there instead. Upon walking in I was greeted by Rob. He was also answering a question from a lady with a return. Then He helped me. I was expecting to be handed off and then the whole spiel about not being able to return at this store you must go over there.
Rob impressed me. He called someone else to greet took care of the transaction himself and presented me with options.
I elected to keep the products if the price was adjusted as they should have been. He did all that for me in about five minutes.
I worked retail so for him to take care of me in this environment I was thankful and carried on with me day. A plus customer service THANKS NIKE!!!

Selection is decent but prices aren’t anything great. Most of the shoes are priced the same as the website, and you can typically get free shipping on the website anyway. I didn’t find anything this time but the back wall with the mixed shoes sorted by size is where you’ll find the deals. I’ve seen some fairly limited release shoes that didn’t sell well there.

This location is always packed, however, a majority of the items are not «outlet» prices. They have a lot of apparel to meet every athlete’s needs, however, you can expect to pay full price for just about anything in the store. If you are looking for a bargain, you really have to do some searching. There is an abundance of staff members in the store ready and willing to assist you, however, a few of them haven’t grown up yet.

I dislike when a sales clerk calls me ‘dawg’. I don’t know why I go here so much. I can never find what I want here. I blame myself because I really should know better by now, yet for some reason I keep punishing myself. The staff here is consistently the least helpful, least knowledgable of any store that I frequent.
I like the Nike product line, but going here is just too aggravating. I think I’ll stop.

Overwhelming, prices aren’t really «outlet» prices on the shoes. very little customer service on the sales floor and the other shoppers could care less about you as they’re all from south america looking to buy up the entire rack and take it back with them. T-​shirts are decently priced, but my enjoyment in this place has quickly evaporated as of late.

As Nike Fan, I always gravitate to the nearest Outlet store when I travel.
They are all the same, stocked with great Nike products at pretty good prices.
The difference is the staff and this one takes the price… This store in particular has a lot of international shoppers because of their location in an Orlando Outlet Mall, having said that. this is their chance to shine and show what America is all about.
Not so in this place, service is dismal if any at all, the staff is disdainful and almost resentful — they simply don’t want you in the store and are not shy about it. Downright nast !!
There is an Adidas Store, and an Under Armour Store meters away– walk away from Nike — they just don’t deserve your hard earned good US of A Dollars. Not in this store.
