I will absolutely never go back. I took my daughter for her 5^th birthday. She wanted colors. The first nail tech gave her attitude and kept rolling her eyes and getting huffy. When we sat down she grabbed my daughters hand quite rough and gave her multiple nasty looks. I stopped her told her we would wait for someone else. «Peter» the owner took her next and asked what the problem was. I gave a short explanation and no response. I explained it was her birthday… nothing. I told him that I was unhappy with my service and he didn’t say anything. I tried to get a simple response to anything I said and he was very passive and quite frankly didn’t care. When it was my turn he dropped a cotton ball on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and use it on me. The entire experience was unprofessional and I will never return.

I went in and first things first, they are rude. It’s one thing to have a language barrier, its another to be dismissive. I was in desperate need of a mani so I settled.
Not even 10 min into my manicure the tech cuts my cuticle to the point where it won’t stop bleeding. I’m in the medical field, so immediately I’m on high alert and start scanning the place. Is it clean? where do they sanitize their instruments?
At this point, I’m pissed off that I didn’t check for the signs sooner. To top it off: she decides that the little blue antiseptic drop isn’t working so guess what she uses to stop the bleeding? KRAZY SUPER GLUE! Are you kidding, super Glue ON A CUT thats meant for metals, rubbers, glass and wood.
I tried to remove my hand and she grabbed it back as if not to make a scene. I yanked my hand, yelled at the tech, got up and left. Next day, I went to work got a tetanus shot and antibiotic just to be safe. Worst experience ever.
You’ve been warned. Go up the block to the new place next to planet smoothie. Super clean!

I only like my waxing done here with Jenni!!! And that’s it! I’ve tried a $ 45 pedicure that was the 2^nd worst pedicure I have ever had and have done acrylic tips and fill-​ins with John (the owner) which were mostly fine but it just wasn’t great and then tried Tim and my nails broke both times he did the fill-​ins so I will continue to get waxing done and that’s all!

The reason I am giving them bad review is hygiene, it is very very dirty when it comes to the instrument they used, I almost gaged when I saw the dry skin inside one of the instrument. I was so worried about my health, I thought about stopping the technician and leaving. Hepatitis b or hiv is not something I want to subject myself to. The towels looked turn up and not fresh by any mean.
The technician finished my feet scrubbing and through down the scrubber in the water while my feet are there in, that was unpolite!
The desk where they did the nail was dusty with nail powder, she did not put protective surface or towel to protect me from that filthy table. My french manicure was not really good! She made the white polish almost ²⁄₃ of my short nail which made my nails look like fat and short nails!
I would not go back there and not recommend anyone to go.
I wish I know the owner I would call and talk about my concern in person.

I have been getting my nails done with the owners Peter and Annie for around 14 years. They used to work at a location in Deltona, and since I live near that location, I always went there. However, since I always get my acrylics with Annie and she is no longer in Deltona, I travel to this location just to see her. THAT’S how much I love this girl! My nails rarely break or lift, she always listens to what I want done and she takes her time to make sure that my nails come out right. I have gone to many other places over the years just to try out something different or whenever they go on vacation, but I always end up regretting it.
I don’t usually get a pedicure, but they do a good job as well from the times I have done it. But for acrylics or gels, Annie or Peter are your guys. I will keep coming back to see them as long as they are in business!

I’ve gotten a mani/​pedi here before and they did a great job. My nails looked awesome, and the experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment last weekend for a group of us to get pedicures, and everyone was happy with their services. Plus, they made sure there was enough staff that we could all have our nails done at the same time (I’ve been to other places where they didn’t do that, even when I’ve made an appointment ahead of time). Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Our favorite nail techs are gone! I have no idea where they relocated to and we have not had much luck just trying whoever is available. Now it is more hit or miss on the quality of the gel manicure. Some times it is good or okay, but other times the work is sub par.
Sorry to say that this place is not on the top of my list anymore due to the staff turnover.

Awesome place… the staff went out of their way to explain the services and then performed them very professionally! I just moved here from NY and was in desperate need of a refill, pedi and wax… I had all done today and I can’t tell you how happy I am. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to my needs! I am definetly making this my new go-​to place! They also free drinks while you are waiting… wine, water or soda… if you want or need a time out go here and get pampered!

Wonderful experience. The girls were so professional and non judgmental. The best. Vivian was very thorough.

We walked in without any wait even though it was busy. Prices are moderate, staff is friendly and various services available! Is definitely go back.
