The apartment complex is great and my apartment is very spacious and well taken care of, however, the office staff makes this amazing apartment complex less than amazing to live in. I have always had problems with the office staff their inconsistency has been a problem for the past three years that I have lived here. I have avoided the office at all costs because the staff is less than helpful and either make up answers or just plain lie to you. When I first moved in I was scammed out of $ 200 because the office falsified my information. Ever since then they have unorganized and will consistently lose important documents that I have given them such as renter insurance proof. If anyone wanted to live here I would steer them in a different direction because the frustration that I have been through is not worth living here.

i really do love it here at Orion! Every time I have the opportunity to recommend it to someone I do. The prices are super low, but you get great value for what you pay for. I’ve never had a problem in the two years I’ve lived here and I plan on staying until graduation. Orion on Orpington is the place to be.

Living at Orion is great! I love my room, bathroom and walk-​in closet. The layout of the apartment is perfect! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Internet is a little spotty and finding parking Is a challenge at night but its been an overall pleasant experience. Also, if you can try to live with people you know because the roommate matching isn’t the best.

I’ve lived at Orion for nearly two years and it is by far the best student living apartment complex in the UCF area. From its great staff and amenities to the fact that it’s only a 4-​minute drive from campus, Orion has it all!

I love Orion the location the staff and all the monthly events. Parking is never a problem and I love how safe it is with the security guard walking around most nights. I also love how it’s UCF affiliated so the shuttle comes Monday-​Saturday to take students to class! Also Publix is so close as well as many other food places. The gym is new an improved too it’s wonderful!

I love living here its in a great location and the staff has always been friendly :) I’ve already re signed for another year here. Sometimes the other residents can be annoying but that’s not Orion’s fault.
