angry nurses and every time i call for an appointment i’m on hold for at least an hour and thats odd because they have so many nurses there at any time and most are just standing around doing nothing when i’m there. also they surprised me with with a very painful treatment, not telling me until they where doing it and then trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for it out of the blue even though they never mentioned an extra charge (or treatment at all) for this (surprise) treatment. its basically just there for people to get drugs.

I have been going to Advanced Interventional Pain Clinic for the last 2 years. I see Ms. Perla (nurse practitioner) and she is WONDERFUL. Her bedside manner is the best I’ve ever had, when it comes to doctors offices. She really takes the time to get to know you and your situation. I truly wish she worked at a family doctors office, so that I could see her for more things. I’d go to her for everything, if I could!
The office staff and nurses at AIPC are great too. They really keep the office running efficiently (I believe they have a TON of patients, from what I’ve seen at the office). I’ve only seen Dr. Yatham a few times and she’s been very kind as well. She definitely knows how to run a tight ship at her office!
