horrible customer service. response time was way beyond what they quoted. with other businesses out there, it’s important to post negative reviews if you have a bad experience(even though I don’t like doing it) because it opens up opportunities for other companies(WHOACTUALLYDO A GOODJOB). don’t waste you time or money here.

Yep, I’m going to be that guy. I’m going to review a towing company. And look, five stars, too! Hear me out, though. In that veritable paradise known simply as «Goldenrod» I had the distinct pleasure of rolling leisurely through the neighborhood. This privilege was enabled by the sudden and inevitable failure of my 16-year-old engine, and I’m not referring to a teenager-powered chariot. I managed turn off onto a side road before making someone else’s day a lot worse. Although I had previously managed to trick my car into starting up again – and subsequently traveling a whole four blocks before the aforementioned incident – this time I had no such luck. Dialing up my homies at AAA, who I know must be my friends given the vast amount of correspondence they send me, I requested a tow truck and began my wait. The truck arrived relatively quickly. However, due to my complexion, which I can only imagine was my ancestors’ evolved snow camouflage defense, I of course managed to get burnt in that amount of time. This was slightly made up for by watching one of the locals take their RC plane out for a spin and then immediately crash it into a tree on its first flight. After he retrieved the plane, the wing was broken. I guess it just wasn’t a good day for crappy vehicles. When the tow truck arrived, the driver kindly offered me a bottle of water. Sweet, sweet nectar. He cleanly got my car up onto the truck without any damage(not that it would have mattered in the end), and we were off. He was very friendly, which made the typical Orlando 30 minute commute from any two places much more bearable. When we got to the dealership, he cleanly unloaded the car and got it into a parking spot without damage(again, not that it would have mattered). Apparently AAA hasn’t joined the post-WW2 economy and doesn’t accept credit cards to pay for towing charges. And as I like remind the panhandlers downtown, I don’t carry cash on me. Responding as the panhandlers do, he offered to give me a ride to the nearest ATM so I could pay him. Well, the panhandlers usually don’t have vehicles, and I was much more appreciative of his offer than I am when they offer. As we were parting ways, he wished me luck with my car. As it turned out, the engine had completely died, so that part didn’t work out, but oh well. So, to summarize: I had a very positive experience, for the circumstances at least, as the tow driver was very kind and helpful, but I did confirm he does not have superpowers to bring cars back from the dead.
