History

Established in 1994.

Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando, Inc. (PPGO) is an affiliate of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc. (PPFA) and operates as a community based non-​profit 501C3 organization in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Brevard Counties. For more than 15 years, we have promoted a commonsense approach to women’s health and well-​being, based on respect for each individual’s right to make informed, independent decisions about health, sex, and family planning.

We grew from one small clinic to two Orlando health centers– one along Tampa Avenue and the other along University Blvd near the University of Central Florida. We see over 16,000 patient visits annually and have become a source of reliable healthcare for both high risk and uninsured populations.
