History

Established in 2009.

Raphsodic Cooperative Company was born of an idea, a broad and vague feeling of needing change in the world; of needing healthy sustainable choices for all people; of needing delicious sweets and treats made from organic ingredients; and most of all of needing a strong sense of belonging to a diverse cultural community.

This idea morphed into a tangible presence in 2009 with the opening of the first and only ‘Urban Pastry Art House™’ in Orlando, FL. With a firm belief in «green advocacy» Raphsodic is committed to life (of all things), liberty (of all things), and the pursuit of sweet… delicious… tasty… happiness, as long as it’s sustainable, recyclable, healthy, no animals were harmed, no one tripped and fell, and most of all everyone agreed to disagree.

Meet the Business Owner

Katie M.

Business Owner

Raphsodic Cooperative Company was created in July of 2009 by Katherine Mosher in response to the overwhelming need for superior quality vegan desserts, elegant and artsy Wedding Cakes, unique one-of-a-kind items, a space for real art, and a place to develop a strong sense of community. Katie attended a prestigious pastry school and formulated a plan to create a niche for a unique style of bakery with a serious lean towards the community and the appreciation of all forms of art within the confines of the traditional culinary industry. Thinking «outside the box» she decided to combine her artistic skills, her culinary skills, her knowledge of exceptional and exquisite products, and talents with unparalleled customer service to create a company that welcomed all who entered to find something uniquely theirs to enjoy.
