I had won a gift certificate from this company at a charity auction. I was in the process of renovating a house so I had him come out for the consultation before the house was finished. After about 15 – 30 mins he said he had what he needed and to give him a call once construction was over.
After the construction was finished, I gave him a call to schedule the appointment. He picked up but claimed he didn’t have his schedule on him and that he’d give me a call when he was back in his office.
When I did not receive a call from him the next day, I called him several times over the following week to try schedule a time. Each time, my phone calls were not answered and my messages were not returned. Since I was on a deadline, I was forced to hire another company.
I wouldn’t call it a waste of money since it was for charity, but the fact these guys got to write off their «donation» really gets me. DO NOT HIRE!
