We utilized this company almost a year ago when we purchased our house. Our insurance company just recently indicated that there was a mistake on the report which caused us to incur a significant increase in our insurance premium on a yearly basis. After speaking with the VP, Jered Chandley, he indicated that his people had made an error when processing. These guys were quick to take our money. but did not offer any recourse to make things right. My question is how to do you have incompetent people (who claim that they are experts) working for a company and make this big of a blunder. The customers always get screwed in the end. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
