Terrible, awful, no good customer service. I was there the week before Xmas. The employees were having a holiday party while the store was open. By this I mean girls were walking around with full plates of food. They made me feel as if I was interrupting their fun with my pesky shopping. The kicker was when I checked out and there were 2 extra employees at the register, one of whom flossed her teeth right in front of me. No one seemed to think this was odd. Mmkay…

The employees here are so fucking rude. All they do is talk to each other while you’re standing there waiting to cash out then get an attitude with you when you make it clear that you’ve been waiting for a long time. The service at this store is horrible every single time you go.

I’ve been shopping at the particular Sally Beauty Supply for the past two years and every time I walk into the store, employees always greet me and ask if I need assistance. They always have what I need in stock. I’ll be moving soon so I need to find another decent Sally location.
