It has been nearly thirty years since I have been coming to this Subway location on East Colonial. And I have never had a bad sandwich here. The only problem I have with this Subway is that I always have to wait several minutes for someone who cannot make up their mind as to what they want on their sandwich. «Can I get a little more of this? Can I get a little more of that?» «Can I get extra______? Oh, and five black olives.» «What kind of cheese do you have? And what kind of bread/toppings do you have?» It’s right there in front of you! On my last visit here, I had to play that game. Along with the fact that it was nearly the end of the lunch rush. There were three employees present when I visited. One employee was cleaning the tables and having to sweep the floor after the lunch rush. Another employee was constantly having to restock several toppings and condiments, leaving one person to assemble the sandwiches. It not as if these containers re-stock themselves. I ordered a foot long Cold Cut Combo with chips and a drink. With provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, green peppers, black olives(More than five!), salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. It’s that easy. It’s not rocket science! My total came to $ 8.37. And the sandwich is always good. While eating my meal, several patrons came in during the time I ate. This Subway has always had a constant flow of customers. Someone must be doing something right. And the location is convenient, being near Fashion Square and the Colonial Plaza Marketplace. As I said, an employee was cleaning as I entered. During the time of my visit, she swept and cleaned tables, cleaned the bathrooms, and another employee helped by taking out the trash. I read reviews about tables not being clean and cleared of trash. Especially for this Subway. Maybe if customers did not slop all over the table while eating and took their trash to the trash can instead of leaving it on the table for an employee to pick up, there would not be that problem. And about employees having an attitude. If you are treating the employee like a piece of garbage, maybe that is expected. Especially when you ask them if they like their job if they show the slightest sign of frustration while you are belittling them. Just because they have a service job does not give the customer the right to treat the employee like trash. Where did this idea of belittling service employees come from, anyway? On my receipt, there is a caption that reads, «If it’s not right, I will make it right.» Debbie Olcott. 407−271−7602 Debbie, I think you’re staff is doing a fine job. And don’t even get me started on the time I visited a Subway and had an idiot who held up a line while ordering a sandwich with double meat and cheese, only to not have the money to pay for it.

I work right down the street from this Subway and right in front of a Wendy’s so I usually choose Subway for my lunch or dinner after, before or during work. I go there so often that one of the workers there says hello to me by my name! It’s great service with great food one expects to get from a Subway.

The only unexpected item was hair and it Was not good The lady had an attitude and then she did not look like she enjoyed being there.

Subway: The perfect place to have a 3-star sub. + A big 2 stars for being cheap and slightly healthy. — 2 little stars for feeling a little creeped out by people there, both customers and workers. Also, for it being slightly unhealthy. We don’t learn, do we? Certainly not, because I’m going back. Today.

Hungry, dropped by. A certain female working here had a short attitude with me, and an ugly vibe. The place needs to be purged and cleansed from all the negative energy. Don’t linger here. Get what you need, and get the hell out.

I work right in between this subway and the one in baldwin park and i mostly go to this one because the parking is so much more convenient(they have a huge parking lot). The people that work there seem kind of sketchy at first glance but you get to hear rumors and drama. It’s like watching an episode of grey’s anatomy while you eat. they also have nice outdoor seating with a good breeze.

Stopped for lunch the other day and all i can say is meh. In fact i can’t think of anyone who specializes in subs who makes one as bad as this. I haven’t tried one in a good while and it is for good reason.
