Watch your wallet… I am so glad i didnt have these guys repair my ac. After calling them and explaining what was wrong with my ac (husband hit freon line) he told me freon is very expensive (which is true) he told me over the phone the job would be no less then $ 1,600 freaking out i waited for my normal ac repair man to call me back. So glad i waited because I got the repair done for $ 859 HALF PRICE!!! I CANT BELIEVE I ALMOST GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THESE GUYS. Its people like this that give repairman a bad name.

This would be a five star review if I hadn’t had to have a second tech out within a week of the first for the same issue and been billed AGAIN. In addition to waiting around at home on a weekday for what should have been an unnecessary second visit. EDIT: They ended up recognizing this fact and refunding the second billing. Thanks to the owners, and we will give them another chance in the future.

Sunshine Heating & Air promptly serviced my A/​C for a reasonable price. Ted did a thorough job inspecting the system and provided me with options regarding its repair or replacement. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary services or pressure me in any way. Sunshine will be my first choice for all future A/​C repair /​replacement work.

Yesterday I had the misfortune of needing them after a 35 degree night with the heater blowing cold air. I called them and the woman in the office was very nice with a reassuring voice. Two hours later Wes, Jr. arrived and found the problem, which was 2 wires that needed to be replaced. He did this quickly and as an added bonus their fee was so reasonable I had to thank God for my good fortune.
Frankly my heating system is VERY old. I was worried that it had finally died and I would be looking at a HUGE bill for a new heat pump and air handler. I asked Wes, Jr. to write up an estimate and now I can start saving for what I know is in my near future.
One thing is for sure… no one else will get the job except SUNSHINE HEATING! Thanks guys!
