When I was unclipping the connector ring clip between my laptop bag and my suitcase, I had a little trouble with it. The driver attempted to help by muscling in and twisting it around and around. I asked him to stop several times but he ignored me — and broke the clip, ruining it. He didn’t acknowledge the break or apologize — incredibly rude. Now I’m out $ 20 bucks to replace my clip. I should have taken a cab.

Waited 65 minutes in 82degrees at Orlando after the online checkin/​confirmation. Spent 25 minutes on hold only to get onto someone who offered no apology or explanation just told us to wait another 5 minutes. Driver finally arrived, again not a word to us other than to confirm our names. Extremely unhappy with the terrible service offered here. Do not book if you like a prompt pick up with courteous/​respectful service.

I’ve always had great experience with Super Shuttle except this time. The wait was almost an hour. Whilst I’ve checked in a vehicle wasn’t assigned to me for ages. Then it took the shuttle THREE hours to get me to my hotel. There were a couple of passengers who waited over 2 hours for the shuttle to pick them up.
The wait was ridiculously long.
The shuttle was comfortable enough. The driver was OK. except all these road works he wasn’t aware of so the detour took even longer.
I’m apprehensive about my trip back to the airport. Hopefully they will plan the passengers better this time. I would hate to lose my flight because of their incompetent planning skills.
Having said that, über black ride was going to be 4 times more than the shuttle.

One of the passengers in my Orlando van, an older gentleman, had been delayed by a day due to flight cancellation and had just come in from New Zealand, so he was in a daze. There was no reservation, as it had lapsed 24 hours ago. The driver could not find it in his system, but said don’t worry,” I will get you to your hotel anyway” That made the whole van happy. Well done Super shuttle. Wish I had gotten the drivers name. He was very cool and courteous.

I lost my phone departing from Contemporary Resort (Disney); I paid cash without any receipt, so i did not know the name of the driver or vehicle #. Super Shuttle phone lines took me hours at pay phone at Orlando Airport, total about 6 hours not getting anywhere, basically no human voice i can talk to, so frustrated. Overswamped dispatcher told me flat-​out that it is impossible to trace. I almost gave up many times, but persisted and finally voila! Dispatcher supervisor Christina, she was a god-​send to trace and get my phone back to me with her empathy and care. Eventually, Alexandra Vodopyanova at Super Shuttle Orlando office took it over, and she helped with equally eager assistance to expedite the shipping back of my smart phone. This is unbelievable turnaround for me. I’m forever indebted and grateful to these 2 professionals at Super Shuttle. You guys rock!

I received 4 different texts with different vans. The app never showed the vans heading toward the airport. One can finally showed up and insisted he couldn’t take us because we weren’t assigned to him. So he waited, 20 minutes later he was assigned us and let us in, then we went to the other terminal, while there he was assigned another customer at the terminal we had just left and he went back. From the time I «checked in» for the shuttle it was 1 hr and 15 min before we even left the airport.

The shuttle took two hours to get us to our hotel. That’s an unacceptable turn around time. Our hotel was twenty minutes from the airport.

This was my first time booking super shuttle. It was around $ 18 US for a one way to your destination. It’s cost effective if you are travelling alone but if you have more than 1 person splitting a taxi would be cheaper.
I booked online around 5 days in advance. Filled out my flight information and I received a confirmation email shortly after. I did pay «tips» online as well. Originally I was going to put $ 0 as I rather tip after service but was worried I wouldn’t get any service at all if I did not tip beforehand lol.
On the day of departure I got a reminder email from them to «check in» on their mobile website once I landed. Once I landed the MCO airport had free wifi so I was able to connect right away and check in. They advised me of the pick up location and I waited there for half an hour.
During this wait there were multiple shuttles from other hotels come by. Some of them even twice.
Super shuttle mobile site does get updated and once you are matched to your car there is a visual on the website of where your car is at.
My wait time was really long since the car had to stop at terminal A before it picked me up at terminal B.
The shuttle finally arrived and it had super shuttle logos on it so it was recognizable. The driver asked for my name and then took my luggage. I sat in the van with 4 other ladies and children. Then we were off to our destinations. Luckily I was first to get off as my hotel was closest to the airport.
It was a 15 – 20 min ride to Rosen shingle hotel.
So from the time I landed (11:30pm) it took me 1 hour to get to my hotel room (12:30pm)
The service was not so good and it was super slow. Technology of the app is good. They also have discounts year round like 10% off (via Unilocal). As well it was a cheaper alternative to getting a taxi which would have costed me 40 $ US at least.

This was a complete joy! The fare is extremely reasonable. I enjoyed our driver. She is funny and has great insight on Orlando. Using Super Shuttle really took the «edge» off my end-​of-​day travel. I highly recommend the service. Really superior!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shuttle service. It’s been over an hour and after calling the dispatcher I was informed it will be about 15 mire minutes. Why bother with reservations that include flight info if you aren’t going to send someone for over an hour. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Received a text at 4:30 when my plane landed explaining out to check-​in like they promised when I booked. I had no luggage to collect so I checked-​in as I followed the signs to the pick-​up area and received the text message at 4:44 confirming my check-​in. At 4:56 I received a text telling me the vehicle # and a link to locate the shuttle. At 5:14, I received a call from the driver asking me where I was. Seriously? I’m at the location you all told me to go to! At 5:22 I get a text saying I’m reassigned to a new shuttle. Confused? So was I. About 10 minutes passes when a shuttle pulls up and it is the driver that I spoke to and he wasn’t there to pick me up.
My shuttle finally arrived. The driver was nice enough, didn’t interact with us much. I closed my eyes at one point because the driver veered into a neighboring lane. At one point the driver was moving his empty red drink cup and empty water bottle around while driving and they landed on the floor. A little messy. He at least got me to the hotel fast after my long day.

Everything was great! Very punctual driver. Friendly as well.
The driver met me at the hotel lobby with the iPad sign with my name, which was conviniet.
The shuttle itself is new and clean.
Very pleasant trip. Highly recommend.
I also prefer SuperShuttle over the Mears one cause it makes an experience much better and offers great deal.

Be sure to call as soon as you land. Our wait was long.
Received a text as soon as we landed that instructed us to head to parking spot B26. Great communication! Clear and concise. Perfect. We got our baggage and walked over as instructed. No vehicle waiting. It’s 10pm so it is not busy at all. I call. Hi this is me and I received a text to be at B26. I’m standing here now with our bags and there is no one here. Agent asks for my name. I just gave it to her but here it is again. Pick up your bags and go to B26. Are you kidding. I already said that I did and I am already at B26. Pause on the other end of the line. I’m sure she muted the phone and cursed me. Ok I know you’ve had this conversation twelve thousand times already today, but customer service is all about superior communication skills, patience and a good work ethic. I do commend her self control for muting the phone. Agent says car is on its way.
Long wait in a relatively dead, kinda scary area at a late hour.
Very nice and comfortable van with a good driver finally showed up and played a movie for the kids during our ride to Portofino in Universal. The driver got a good tip.

So why the one star review. Because the first impression is critically important. The agent I spoke with after discovering our van was not waiting as expected should have been MUCH better. She knew what time it was. I was tired. The kids were tired and most importantly the wife was tired. Waiting 20 minutes with a group that just wanted to get to bed after a long day of school then travel was tough for everyone.
The only reason I chose this company is because it was a convenient choice during the Universal Studios booking. And I would choose it again after an apology and a comped ride on our next visit. In fact, I even recommend this company with the caveat of the need to call as soon as you land.

Text updates and the online map was great. Wait time was minimal and the driver successfully avoided a car that cut us right off! Price was great and couldn’t ask for more.

This is a great service. Really easy to use. I booked online the day before and the service sent me very clear instructions in which to check-​in after I landed at the airport. Within minutes, the SuperShuttle arrived and quickly took me to my destination. It was so easy. I loved the check-​in features as well as the map that shows where the shuttle is at any given time. It’s really quite key and allowed me to at least know when my shuttle was coming. Definitely would recommend!

Not so super when no one shows up for a confirmed reservation.
They called to say van was not working and a taxi would come, but no one showed. When I checked back, they blamed the taxi company. Missed my flight because I relied on their service. Disappointed…

Found super shuttle from Unilocal along with a 10% coupon. What a huge, huge, huge mistake.
After booking on its website I received the confirmation, which states «no further actions are required. But if need help call this number»
Review on Unilocal mentioned to leave exact departure time. I did this but our flight was delayed for an hour. After my flight landed I checked in with the link I was given, just like the email it indicates that no further action is required.
30 mins @ pickup: I call the number given to get status of shuttle. Operator was nice, asked me for all my information after that she tells me that I called the wrong number and the email & text numbers are wrong and I need to call the location number. I asked her if it is possible to transfer me she says no and I have to recall the number.
40 mins @ pickup: I told my girlfriend to wait at the location and text me when if it comes. As I am calling the new number I look for the check in desk (2^nd option vs mobile check in)
I asked her if I called the correct number to get the status of my shuttle she says YES and asked me for my information I repeat the whole process. After she asked me what day would I like to get picked up…
I asked her what?! I answer I have been waiting for 50 mins now it’s 1145pm I am at the pickup location indicated on my text and email which says the shuttle is on its way.
She laughed. SHE LAUGHED, then asked me to repeat all the information again for the 3^rd time. at this point I am running through the airport looking for the check in desk nowhere to be found. I tell her all my info, she asked me to wait.
1 hour @ pickup: I am thinking to myself what a great way to start my vacation. Stuck at the airport dealing with this wonderful rep who thinks customers stuck at a closed airport is the funniest thing.

1 hour 20mins @ pickup she asked me if I was still there. She apologies she said because it’s after 12am that most of the shuttles have stopped and the next available driver will take 30 to an hour to arrive…
I asked her is this a joke. Told her forget it cancel both my reservations she asked me if am I sure. When I tell her yes she says «ohh okay» she sounds surprised that I am fed up.
Tldr: waited for a shuttle for about 2 hours. don’t book with super shuttle, not worth a few bucks to waste a few hours. Reps are not 100% in the head.
Edit1: reading other reviews, ongoing problem with late shuttles. Stay far away.

On my most recent trip to Orlando, I neglected to look up airport shuttle options in advance. When the hotel was only offering rides that cost a flat rate of $ 45, I took to the Internet. All I initially found were upwards of $ 60 – 75 for a ride. Thankfully after some digging, I found SuperShuttle.
They offered shuttle service in the wee hours of the morning on the 4^th of July, which was exactly what I needed. And with a price tag of just $ 18, gratuity included, it was a steal! I reserved my ride immediately.
The driver, Carlos, was kind and chipper, despite it being a holiday and 4:40 in the morning. He picked me up 5 minutes before my designated pick-​up time window – but that was okay for me. He picked up from two other hotels before dropping me at my gate – he was friendly and patient when some of the other passengers getting on the van were a bit late. He drove safely, yet quickly and got me to the airport with plenty (PLENTY) of time to get through security and catch my flight.
Since I hadn’t paid $ 60 for a ride, I felt guilt free when I treated myself to a bagel and coffee at the terminal. :) All around, great service – and a great price!

First experience with SuperShuttle was superb. Online booking was easy, the rep on the phone answered my questions well/​quickly when I arrived, and the ride itself was great. Van was in great shape, the driver was very customer-​friendly, and I’m now in the SuperShuttle brand-​fan camp.
