Worst company to rent from. We were there for two years as the location was great for our jobs, however that’s the only reason we stayed. Absolutely nothing is done in a timely manner then they will do anything to keep part or all of your security deposit when you move out. No electricity in the backyard and no light so they delivered a flashlight for us to use to take the dog out. They don’t care about the tenants. They also send a handyman who never fixes anything. We never used the dishwasher because handyman never fixed it. I would NEVER use this company again.

Another year has passed and I continue to be more than satisfied with Angela Fettig’s property management of my rental property in Orlando. She has everything handled & running smoothly. I am a happy owner & have a happy long-term tenant which has everything to do with her ability to quickly take care of whatever problems arise. I could not ask for more.

Horrible company to rent from. Issues with our house were not handled in timely manner. Security deposits over a month past due returned to us and still waiting and a lot of extra charges for no reason believed due to them not being able to rent out our house which was left in better condition than we received it. I am having to get my lawyer involved to settle the matter. Stay away from any properties by this realtor.
