The Place on Millenia Boulevard Luxury Apartment Homes

The Place at Millenia has been really super! I moved in with 1 days notice since my other place fell through, and the management team was great with helping us through that process. My apartment had a lovely view of the pool, which was super relaxing and clean. I really lived spending my days laying out on their comfy pool chairs and just watching the clouds pass. The gym has multiple bikes, free weights, and different weight machines for different areas. Only wish was that they had more than 2 treadmills. The apartment was clean and modern feeling when I moved in. The entire complex feels very safe and the tenants that I’ve run into have been nothing but nice. Parking can be just a little tricky, depending on which building your in, but nothing more than a 50 yard walk. If it wasn’t for my job being so far away, I would of definitely have been staying longer.

I have lived at The Place for many years now and I wouldn’t live anywhere else in Orlando. The apartments are gorgeous and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The pool is amazing. The staff are awesome. Jessica the Manager is so kind, patient, and understand. She will take the time you need to find the best solution for you. Jose the head of Maintenence is so friendly and helpful. It never feels like I am bothering him with my requests. I couldn’t be happier living here
