Emily Smith and staff gave us a fantastic experience for our corporate party – walking distance from the West Concourse of the convention center, impeccable staff and organization, great food and beverage packages, couldn’t recommend more highly!

I picked the Pub over the numerous other options in the Plaza because of the atmosphere. I was happy with the selection of beers and price. I was also happy with the taste of the food but disappointed with the portion sizes. I had the Shepherd pie with Cole slaw and left hungry. The service was not excellent but OK. I will come again for the bar but probably eat somewhere else if I am hungry!

I recently visited this establishment because one of my friends recommended this place. So we went there for happy hour so we thought. It was a Saturday and happy hour does not exist because it doesn’t exist on weekends. Seriously? You want my business or not? We then decided to order the Scotch Eggs just to have an appetizer and taste their food in case we wanted to stay here for dinner. Who can mess up Scotch Eggs because even I have made them before. Easy peasy to make and delicious! I’ve also had Scotch Eggs at other restaurants, so why not try them here? Well ladies and gentleman, don’t bother to order it here. We got one(1), yes one Scotch Egg cut in four(4) pieces! WTH? Four pieces of one egg? Seriously? Is this a joke, especially for the overpriced price of $ 8.95 it was going for! I had it in the past at other restaurants and I got 3 or 4 whole entire Scotch Eggs as an appetizer. Basically at other restaurants you get one egg for one person, not one egg cut in four pieces??? A total disappointment for us. We did not even want to try dinner here and so we left. I wished I took a picture of the egg to prove it. Oh well.

Was in Orlando for 5 days for USAV Nationals, and ate here 4 out of those days. The food was really good, and kept us coming back. The only problem, 2 of the times, the service was awful. Our last time stopping in, my group of 12 was 2⁄3 of the entire restaurant, so they were not busy. For a group that ordered a lot of food and drink, I only saw the waitress about 5 times during the 1.5+ hours we were there. It was easier and quicker for us to get drink refills at the bar, instead of with our waitress. At the end, we asked for our checks and it took about 10 minutes for Liz to return with them. after about 20 more minutes of waiting, one of our party had to take the stack of cards over to another waitress to get them processed. The part that really stuck with me, even though Liz wasn’t really around to do her job, she was sure to charge us the 18% gratuity to make sure she made her tip. Again, the food was great and they had a wide selection of beers to choose from. The only reason I don’t give them a 5 star is the service, it just seemed most of the waiters/waitresses we had just didn’t seem to care.

It was pretty busy when I walked in because it was Megacon weekend but man this place was amazing. I had myself a layered beer Black something half hoegarden half guiness which was pretty good but the food is what amazed me. I ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and fish and chips for my entrée. The fried pickles were great. I couldn’t tell if it was the sauce or the breading but they had a slight spice to them that made them just perfect. After this there was a bit of a wait until I got my fish and chips but, as I said, it was pretty busy. When they finally arrived I was quite delighted. The fish was perfectly crispy and the beer batter was well done. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend and return. I sat at the bar and I assume the service would be slightly different sitting at a table.

We were there on a Saturday night and it really was not that busy. The bar service was awful. It just seemed like the bar staff were totally unaware of who was there and their needs. The bar is kind of circular — and it felt at times that there were no bar staff at all. It wasn’t like they were helping other people — they just were not attentive. There were three of them back there and it took us forever to get someone’s attention. We left after one drink. Update to this is that someone asked me to send my email address and they would reach out to discuss my experience. I sent my email address and no one ever got back to me. Goes from bad to worse!

I stopped here last week while in town for a convention. Better than expected beer list for Orlando, and a spectacular burger. I got a Young’s BBQ style burger and it was fantastic. BBQ sauce made with one of my favorite brews, Young’s Double Chocolate Stout. The spring rolls as an appetizer were heavier than expected but there’s nothing else negative to say about them, they were delicious. Rich and tasty. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a British pub, which has a good collection of European beers — this is your spot. I came here while on a work trip, upon entering I was surprised at how authentic and large the place was. They have a nice courtyard outside for those who want to smoke or enjoy the fresh air. The bar inside is a huge square shape and can handle many patrons. The have a cool shot rack of liquor bottles on each side that are all upside down ready to fill with the flick of a wrist. Inside they also have several televisions for sports fans. This is the high rent district for tourists, so I found drink Prices to be cheaper than I would of expected, especially being in the Pointe Orlando on international drive. I had the Shepard’s Pie, which was excellent, but it’s not a lot of food. There was ample seating for people to dine as well as ample area to sit, relax and enjoy a l drink. I will definitely be back, I really enjoyed the vibe of the place. Cheers.

This Watering hole for thirsty convention goers has a wide range of imported beers from the old country and Europe, the food is your standard pub fair with the obligatory fish and chips and Shepard’s pie. It feels a little sticky and swarmy, not bloody enough to be legit London pub but this is Orlando where make believe us the first order of business. So Posh spice but lacking on Wayne Rooney bravado.

Probably my favorite meal in Orlando. The servers were attentive and friendly. The place was clean and open. The food was delicious and cheap! The question is… Fish and chips or shepherds pie? The fish and chips were crunchy and fresh! Shepherds pie was delectable! So savory and well portioned! Fried pickles were also awesome. Crunchy with a good dip of creaminess. Alcohol was also cheap! Couldn’t find a fault here at all.

Came here for a corporate event being hosted by a financial company my friend works for. Upon entering I was surprised at how large the place really is. They have a nice little courtyard outside for those who want to smoke or enjoy the fresh air. The bar inside is a huge square shape and can handle many patrons. The have a cool shot rack of liquor bottles on each side that are all upside down ready to fill with the flick of a wrist. Drink Prices were cheaper than I would of thought being in the Pointe Orlando on international drive. There was a ton of convention and tourist traffic. Although we did not have any entrees we did have a few appetizers(pub pretzels stick, boneless wings, nachos) and they all were good. There was ample seating for people to dine as well as ample area to sit, relax and enjoy a libation. The staff was friendly and worked hard to serve everyone as fast as they could. I will definitely be back since I like the whole vibe of the place.

I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants. However, if you’re ever craving Shepard’s Pie, you need to come to The Pub and check it out. The Shepard’s Pie was fantastic. Every forkful had beef/lamb in it and there were plenty of vegetables as well. It came with a small salad that had a bit too much dressing in my opinion. What I especially liked about The Pub is that they had my favorite beer, Lindemans Lambic Framboise. That alone is worth the price of admission. I loved our server, Nick Korn. He was one of best(in any style restaurant) that I’ve ever seen. He refilled my friend’s diet coke before it was even half empty. If there were more like him, people would enjoy eating out more.

For Orlando, I guess this is an authentic British Pub. The beers were proper English and Irish fare but some tasted like the keg lines could use a good cleaning. They have a pretty standard selection of scotches and whiskeys but to be honest, the selection was better at the Hyatt bar down the street. We cannot speak for the food since we just went for a few rounds of drinks. The service was also pretty friendly and quick. It was a bit of a head scratcher that the staff, men and women, were wearing Irish kilts, yet the bar itself was clearly British. Even had a London Red Phone Booth in the corner. An interesting identity crisis there. At the end of the day, if you’re in the area it’s a decent place to grab a drink and maybe watch a premier league football match. Cheerio.

This review for an event where the entire space was rented out, not a normal table service night. We came here when a vendor for my place of business rented the entire space. There was a buffet for food, and honestly the food was ok, which is the reason for 4 stars it just didn’t seem very fresh. There were server is walking around to bring drinks, and the service as far as the drinks were concerned was amazing. There is a huge selection of drinks and we never had to wait for them to be brought. Bottom line: still had a great time.

Wasn’t here for a typical service — so I can’t really comment on the menu. I’m in town for a conference, and was invited to a private party last night where the entire facility was rented and not open to the public. The food consisted of appetizers. The Pub staff kept the food trays stocked with tasty hot food. It was filled promptly and always pleasantly displayed. Staff were attentive and cleared dishes quickly. Nothing but kudos to everyone!

Really great atmosphere and good food. The Shepherd’s Pie is a real test of a genuine pub. They scored a home run. Fantastic flavor and excellent presentation. We also had the Scotch Eggs — I’ve had these before with a corned beef shell. These had a very nicely prepared sausage covering. The texture was great, nicely crunchy and really good flavor. The service was very good. Fish and Chips as well as Shepherd’s Pie needs to be served fresh and hot. The service was prompt and the food came piping hot. Really great experience all around. Melissa, our waitress was efficient and paid close attention to making our meal pleasant.

Pretty great selection of beers at this pub. Definitely decided to venture out of my hotel for some good food and good beer and camr across this place. The plaza it is located in looks very touristy. And maybe because it is. But most of Orlando’s theme is to please the tourists for Disney World and Universal Studios. I walked in and decided to sit at the bar, which is full service. Ordered myself a Stella and decided to try their smoked gouda pasta with grilled chicken. My pasta came out kind of cold and the cheese was already starting to harden. But I mixed it around and it helped. The bread that comes with it doesn’t come with butter. But it is good bread. Soft and warm, which I like. After a while, my pasta got too cold to eat. And I asked one of the waitresses if she could send it back to warm it up for me. At first she said yes. But then she said she could not because it is a contamination problem. I often send food back to be warmed up in other restaurants because frankly, I am a slow eater. And they usually take it back. But I did not want to cause a problem so I just asked for a box. And then paid and left. Definitely would come back and try something different when I am in the area again.

This was a decent spot to spy the kilts and have a decent meal with a great beer and cider selection. Open before and after, and available tables when other are sold out, worth the shout out. Give it a try, typical english bar food and a few specalties, but worth the stop.

I am giving this place 3 stars not because of the food but because of the service. The service was very slow for lunch even though the restaurant was not full. Our waitress was great and apologized but to be honest to wait for food over an hour is quite long in my opinion. I ordered a Shandy for a drink, I have always been a fan of the mix of beer and sprite(in this case). I also had a turkey burger with a side salad. The burger was good. My friend ordered the fish and chips and she said it was tasty and good. The Pub is nice, I only wished the wait for our entrees was not so long because it could have made our experience better in my opinion.

What’s not to like? Cold beer, menu full of comfort food and salads, large open space. I’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed the experience. I’ve never really had a bad bite of food. Last night I had the smoked Gouda and chicken pasta. My fiancée had a spinach and cranberry salad with salmon, which I loved. She did have to send it back because it came wrong the first time, but they replaced it quickly. The prices are very reasonable as well. Lots of dishes in the $ 10 – 12 range. They stay open late too which is a plus.
