History

Meet the Business Owner

Kyle T.

Business Owner

Kyle Tate was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, was a National Champion water skier by the age of 12, and named an All State and All American quarterback his senior year at Hot Springs High School. He received his BA from UCF and won the school’s first national championship by winning the Men’s National Collegiate Slalom title in 1989. Kyle competed on the men’s professional waterski tour before he received his JD from the University of Arkansas in 1994. After law school, he worked as in-​house corporate counsel for Overton’s, Inc. Kyle then entered private practice by representing clients in civil and criminal cases.

Kyle has been described as a «tenacious litigator» by a retired federal judge and most recently, after a week long jury trial received congratulations from a Florida Circuit Court Judge for having litigated one of the best jury trials ever seen from his bench.

Kyle is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Florida, Arkansas and in North Carolina.
