I’ve had these people tell me they can’t find my package because my name had a «mr.» in front of it. I watched the one guy struggle to count the change he was giving me, cough into his hand, then try to hand it to me. Never too busy though if you need ups store though

I came to this UPS Store for my Under Cover Tourist tickets pickup. Jim was very friendly and accommodating to all customers.
He had some great stories and made my wait not so bad.
