The UPS Store

This location is located in the Doubletree Hilton Sea World, Store #6403. I walked in with a prepaid return and was told there was a handling fee. I said to myself okay I will pay a few bucks for the convenience. Then I was told the fee was $ 54 YES $ 54. All I did was hand the clerk a prepaid return he would have to scan and a UPS driver would pick it up. The $ 54 was more than I paid for the item and shipping. I went down the street to another UPS store and the clerk happily scanned the package for pickup at no charge. What the XXXX. Do not use this location there is another less than a mile away. Hotel guests don’t get ripped off, call other stores for pricing. I have used many shipping vendors some in hotels and resorts and never was charged a so called handling fee. How can UPS let them get away with this?
