Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

My wife took her Explorer in to get tires rotated… it was shaking pretty badly while driving. They told her it was going to be $ 2000…for New tires, New rear brakes-​rotors and calipers, new shocks all the way around. I went in to see why so much and they pointed all these things out. Ok, she really let the tires go. They needed replacement badly. Rear brakes??? Not so fast. I had them inspected less than 2 months ago. They are just fine. Shocks. they said if she didn’t replace all the shocks, her New tires would be in the same shape. I can’t tell you either way on the shocks… but we put tires on-​at a different shop. And the truck rides like brand New. We will look into the shocks. But I just want to know why… every time she takes her truck to a shop, they try to get her with unnecessary repairs.

Went yesterday to get some tires for my truck ($ 500 easily) and this arrogant fat guy with a small long beard told me «we don’t have stock tires for a pathfinder» WTF! He almost told me get out of here; this is the way you treat your clients? By the way I used to go to my oil change NO MORE!
So I just turn around and leave that place, just across the street there’s a Firestone, really friendly guys, I get an APPOINTMENT like the one that I was hoping to get in tuffy and pay $ 532 for my set of new tires

It was curious that he was so friendly with this American woman and totally opposite with this Latin men

If I did not have to work I would sit in front of this place to let people know what CROOKS they are! $ 3000 for brakes on my work truck and brakes stopped working 2 weeks later. They refuse to fix them even though I am supposed to have 90 days warranty.

Honest. Get to the heart of the matter and don’t try to rip you off. Reasonable prices. Will latch competition coupons.

Went in for an oil change which came with a free tire rotation. Service was a typical one hour experience which isn’t too bad considering the oil change and rotation. The service was excellent and friendly and they reinstalled my hood prop that had popped out a few months ago just to be nice. The oil change was a little expensive but with the free rotation and especially the service, I would go back. Not all Tuffy’s have such great service but this one on Narcoossee Rd definitely does. Thanks, guys!

Their service was awesome! I came back on a flight and my car had two flat tires in the airport parking lot. AAA towed me to this place. They verified that there was nothing wrong with my tires and they were holding air. (So, someone had let the air out of them at the airport.) Tuffy could have sold me a couple of new tires, but were honest and fair. I couldn’t be happier and thrilled with their gracious and kind response to my situation. Thank you Glen!

Girlfriend to get her oil changed and they tried to charge her $ 225 for things she didnt need.
