Cannot express how happy I am with the customer service, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and felt none of the usual pressure you feel in other places. They made recommendations and of some items that needed to be addressed and I had them do it rather than go anywhere else. 2 days later I brought in my wife’s car, today my mother in laws car. I am recommending this location to everyone I speak to. Great job guys!!!

So maybe I shouldn’t complain, but…
Brought 2 cars in here for a vehicle inspection because I changed auto insurances. They had me fill out some paperwork, then they filled in their part and handed it to me and submitted it to insurance. This was done without them even LOOKING at the cars. I could have ridden by bike here and had my cars inspected ;-) Not that there is anything wrong with my cars, but I really hope my insurance carrier doesn’t ever have an issue with anything. Seriously, the guy did all the paperwork and «inspection» without even getting out from behind the service desk.

I went to this location today because of a Groupon. I was pleasantly surprised. I normally dislike going to Auto Repair shops. Richard, the Manager was very professional and had excellent Customer Service skills. The General Manager and Owner, Tony Kalipersaud, was equally professional and worked with me in a pleasant manner. I HIGHLY recommend this as your car’s service center.
