This place has always done me right. Today I showed up and midway through the oil change I realize I don’t have my wallet. I panicked and called home and woke up my roommate. He was iffy reliable at that time of morning. The assistant manager just tells me «it’s ok, it happens. C’mon on back later today and pay.»
Awesome. I did. No need to panic!

Lack of transparency in pricing = lose stars.
Somehow they got my email and sent me a coupon for a «cheap» ($ 25) oil change. Sho nuff, says I, and send a truck over with the coupon printed out. Turns out they were «unable to process» the discount and we got charged the full price, which btw is astronomically higher than anywhere else. ($ 46 for an oil change. Really? REALLY?) That’s even worse than the nearby dealerships.
But really now, what is it about Valvoline that makes their product worth twice the price of any other oil change? I’d like to have an ear on some boardrooms where they circlejerk their way to that conclusion. By the way, $ 42 is the cheapest oil change. It goes up, a lot, from there.
They’ll never see me in there again. I continue to get their spamvertisement, though. So, if you must go, bring a lot of money and don’t give them your real email.

a. I’ve been going here for years. So fast and easy. The guys are nice and efficient, and I love the easy process. They scan my car I wait a few minutes, and I’m on my way. It’s a little inconvenient to get into, and it can get pricey depending on the oil change, but seriously it’s so fast and easy it’s worth it. And they always have an online coupon.

This is the most convenient place to get an oil change. It is quick, easy, and cheap. You don’t even have to get out of your car to get maintenance done. The staff is pretty friendly and quick. On top of that, there rarely have a long wait. You simply pull in and get this tedious errand out of the way. Quick and painless. I recommend this place (:

I usually will hit up this place to get my oil change for my car. Very fast and customer satisfaction is a plus. I have had came here a few times over the past 2 years. Ask them if they have any discounts on the services you decide to get done and usually they will have something.
