Established in 2010.

VocalPoint is the brainchild of Derek Roush, a 15 year veteran of the telecom industry. In 2010, Derek began consulting with mid-​market businesses on PBX replacement and deployment. However, by 2012 VocalPoint was getting more and more requests to help businesses procure telecom and cloud services. As the industry has evolved into more of an «as a service» model, so has VocalPoint.
