Orleans Auto Center saved my summer vacation travel. Days from leaving Cape Cod my engine light came on my Honda Element. Dropped in the repair shop and was greeted by great counter person Matt. He did a quick check on the car and told me what the basic problem was. Matt told me that they had a full schedule of repairs but that the team would work hard in the next 24hrs to get my car ready for family travel back from Cape Cod vacation. They got repair done and car made the 525 mile trip home running perfect. Thank you Olreans Auto Center. You need your Honda fixed on the Lower Cape you only need to make one stop and you will taken great care of!

This shop is an extension of the Hyannis Honda dealership. They’ve had my Odyssey for two weeks for a valve job, and I’ve been without a car.
The manager went on vacation for 3 days (essentially a 5-​day weekend) and my car sat a the lot — no one worked on it. He couldn’t explain to me how that happened.
Then he pledged to do his best to have the car ready by Friday, and to keep me informed. Well, guess what? It’s Monday, and he did neither. I’m not impressed.
I’ll reserve judgment on the shop’s technical competence, but their ability to estimate the time it will take to complete a job, and their «commitment» to keeping the customer informed of progress (or lack thereof), both STINK.
