I was born and raised in Los Angeles. My dream has always been to own an Amazing Day Spa. I went to school for esthetics at Cindy Lee’s and created Amazing You Day Spa in Ormond /​Daytona Beach FL. My goal is to continue to bring new and innovative ideas for relaxation and rejuvenation, for the mind, skin and spirit.

I always worry when I go to a new massage therapist. You never know what to expect and I can only rely on the reviews to make a decision. These reviews for this place are right on the money. Rachelle gave me one too the best massages I’ve had in many years. She paid attention to my muscles and knew exactly what to concentrate on and there were no conversations or questions. She is very professional and experienced in my opinion. She worked very hard to help my muscles and I’m feeling much better. I will return and everyone can trust the reviews for this place.

While on vacation in the off season, I Called in the morning to schedule an appointment for both me and my husband. They had to call me back though (we think bc they needed to get another person, ha). About 30 min later, the owner Gladys called me back so we could get a deep tissue massage for 90min. Since we are staying at the Cove, we walked down the road. We were greeted by our masseuses. We filled out our paperwork and were taken back through the quiet/​empty parlor into separate rooms. I can imagine this place is hoppin during the winter though.
The fastest 80min I’ve ever experienced. We both really enjoyed our time and left very relaxed. Would recommend to tourists and locals.

My boyfriend and I came here for a deep tissue massage and a facial. We came from DC for a short trip in Daytona and saw great reviews on Unilocal so we thought we’d check it out. We both had Gladys (she’s the owner) for our facial and it was absolutely relaxing, and made my face really soft and cleansed. She was very friendly, outgoing and the whole experience was very peaceful.
We had Michel and Jennifer as our massage therapists. My boyfriend very much enjoyed his massage with Jennifer because she was very thorough and also gave advice on how to relax muscles after the massage. I, on the other hand, was happy with my massage but I do feel like Michel could’ve done more, meaning I wish she went a little higher on my glutes and really massaged my thighs. I don’t think there was enough focus there. Also Jennifer did a few extra things than Michel, such as stretching out his arms and massaging under the arm/​near armpit area. I didn’t get that treatment. I was too shy to say anything so this could somewhat be biased.
I will still give this a 5 star rating because at the end of the day, I was pleased with the experience. I love the décor!!! Absolutely love it, it’s very chic and they offer wine too! :) hope you get a chance to stop by and try out their treatments, very much recommend the facial!

Great place. Clean, smells great, relaxing atmosphere. I sent my wife for a custom half-​day of treatments; a 1-​hour massage, 1-​hour facial, and mani/​pedi. I felt the price was very reasonable for the services rendered, which made me happy. She loved the experience. The staff were very friendly and treated her great, the facial, she said, was amazing and something she’ll have to try again in the future (uh-​oh what have I done? hehe), the massage was relaxing and helpful, and her mani/​pedi something she was really happy to have done. All in all she felt pleased, and, I think, pampered as was my hope during our vacation. Her only regret is that it isn’t near our house but instead is far, far away in a different city where we just happened to be vacationing. Whenever we manage to make it out to the Daytona/​Ormond Beach area again in the future, she will most assuredly visit here again, and with the clean, nice-​smelling (as opposed to many other salons that do nails) interior, she said she will probably even bring our young daughter along, too! (Please no! I don’t think I can afford TWO women going for facials, massages, and main/​pedi treatments all the time! lol!)

So let me just come off the bat and say this: I am a SPA SNOB, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. I am VERY picky about service and the service here is phenomenal. I was on vacation with my family and my husband decided to gift me a spa day. Our hotel did not have an onsite spa, but I cam across this place on Groupon. Hubby got an hour massage, and I got an hour massage and microderm facial. AMAZING. The place itself is in a strip mall, the inside is not very fancy, nor does it try to be. Coming from someone who usually gets these services at Resorts or 5 star spas, I was skeptical… It seemed like a nail salon to me when I just walked in. Boy was I in for a treat. The owner (at least I think she was the owner) did my facial, and she was amazing. She explained so many things about my skin, and did not product push, which I love. She was so sweet to us, and even gave us a coupon for a nearby restaurant. I would say, put your snobby persuits aside and try this place!

Almost a week after my fantastic spa day there, I’m still reeling from it. I’m calm, cool, and composed, not to mention, my skin is still baby soft! The ladies there are fabulous, are amazing at their craft, and keep the goodness flowing. It’s the perfect way to pamper yourself. So, do it ASAP.

What a great place; and so convenient! Hands-​down, best facial I’ve ever had!!! Awesome massage and mani-​pedi as well. Such a friendly staff and their prices are very reasonable.
