They will tell you about a worry-​free return policy and will give you a hard time with the policy. Double check all receipts before you leave this store. There are many add-​ons.
I tried to resolve the matter with Jon. 1st attempt, he hung up on me after a 8 min hold. 2nd attempt, I asked for a corporate number and he refused to give me their number.
Only do business with the original Verizon Stores, never go to a third party retailer. Verizon will not acknowledge any business from these stores.

WATCH OUT!!! I’ve recently discovered that although I had insurance on my Verizon phone, they «told me» when I bought a new phone through them that they were just updating it but instead, they put an entire other insurance plan on my phone and thus I’ve been being DOUBLE billed for my insurance for over a year and a half!!! I am now trying to determine how I am going to get back over $ 325 in insurance fees that I didn’t need or use. I called Cellular Sales and they simply told me to take it up with Verizon and ESECURITAL Agency!!! NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER!!!
