Luscious Nails and Spa

I’ve been going to Luscious since the beginning! They’re clean, concise with their work, and super friendly. Even if you mess up a nail on your way out; they won’t let you leave disappointed and insist on fixing it. They take pride in their work and you can tell. Tip: if you want nail art from Felicia… book an appointment! She’s busy, but by FAR the best nail artist in town (she really can do amazing things to your nails! Even if they’re natural!)

I was a walk in and this was my first time here. I was in a hurry but no worries since he sat me right down and got to it. I actually get my hair done across the street but never considered this place until today. Thanks to Unilocal,I didn’t have to put much thought into it and everything worked out gr8! The place was pretty busy for a Monday and all the stuff was super friendly. Ok so yeah I only had my thumb nails changed to a sparkling dark blue color but Teo (correction) was fantastic and free lol. He ended up not charging me for the removal of my black gel and then reapplying the new gel. Of course I still tipped because I’m not an animal and he’s really good at what he does. He had great technique and was very clean with his application. Not to mention he knew how to carry on a good conversation lol. Sometimes I just need to be worked on silently lol but I will never turn away good conversation. The place itself is small but well equipped to get people in/​out. It is however below average in terms of décor. Nothing fancy but they seem to have a strong following here in town from what I have learned so far. I know I can’t speak for much besides my minimal time there but the overall feel of the place was positive. I’ll def be going back to really give them a good test. I’m a long distance runner and have been since I was 8yrs old so my Flintstone Feet will break ya if you’re weak or lazy for that matter lol. I hope you go and ENJOY yourselves like I did! Either way I wouldn’t lie to ya so decide for yourself and do what ya gotta do. I’ll be heading back soon E)

I love coming here after working 60 hours a week. I always have Snow do my pedicure (she’s amazing and such a sweety) and Theo do my nails :) I love coming here. It’s relaxing and friendly. I’m never disappointed in the service or the work.
The price is great, too!

came back for the second time today since I was on vacation down here. my last review still stands. this is the best place for a pedicure! the people are great here! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Worst Experience EVER! Went in for a Mani/​Pedi and it took FOUR HOURS with an appointment!
The old lady there was the worst ever… she cut me multiple times! Instead of using cuticle clippers, she used the square file sponge to FILE THEM OFF. causing bleeding and sores! She cant paint Gel so had to wait for someone else to slap that on… I went in with my own natural nails and she effed them up so bad I had to have 7 tips put on to accommodate the issues so I had them put all 10 on instead to keep it uniform. You could see the indents from where the acrylic was not put on correctly/​evenly and then the paint job was less then «good».
I was horrified when they told me my bill was almost $ 100.00. They charged me for a pedicure, which I only got half of because of the bleeding. they charged me for a manicure which i had to have her stop in the middle of because of the bleeding and soreness around fingers and then they charged me for a full set of nails on top of that…
I am a LOCAL and went on a recommendation of a friend who has been a few times. and also had issued with some of her Pedicures with «grating till she bleeds» and bubbles in her nail polish they wont fix.
I would NEVER recommend this to anyone nor will I ever go back to even give them a second chance. even if it was FREE which they never offered me a discount for any of their screw ups!

I am on vaca from ct and chose this salon because it was top rated on Unilocal.
Positives: friendly and super clean and relaxing! I felt like for the most part the techs took their time when they did there thing
Negatives: they were 45 minutes behind schedule and I HAD and an APP! I couldn’t believe how long I waited it sucked. Also the pressured me into gel because I was going to be late and it was a sloppy job.

Love love live this place!!! Went for the first time today and was so happy with the result! This is a busy little salon so make an appointment, but you can tell they have an amazing relationship with their regulars. Rebecca did a fantastic on my hot pink french tips and I will definitely be going back when its time for a fill.

The techs there are very friendly, and they have a wide assortment of gel polishes to choose from. I got a full set of gel nails done with an «Elsa» inspired design done for my trip to Disney World. Tech did a fantastic job at hand drawing on the snowflakes.

Our nail techs were super great! We had a bit of a reserve walking in because the gentleman first told us that b/​c we didnt have an appt they could only take one of. The older women w/​the glasses was trying to change his mind. So we decided on just pedis. A few minutes later about 5 more staff members arrived and they were all really friendly. They told us they definitly have time for manicures. That really turned around our «unwelcomed» feeling the first guy gave us. We chatted casually and enjoyed the rest ofour time there. Will definitly will come back

Always a stop when I’m home. I wish I could take Felicia (owner) with me!!! Excellent techs (who actually care about nail health!) service, and products.

I’ve found my regular salon! My daughter and I went in for acrylic nails. I got a basic French manicure while my daughter got colored tips. Both turned out great. Nice shop with very friendly folks. Prices are very good for the quality.

Nail techs Leah’s hurt me as I have pitiful thin nails. These guys didn’t! Nails lasted longer than any place I’ve been, and I’ve been a lot of places. highly recommend to anyone.

Visiting from Lakeland and decided to stop in for a pedicure. The reviews didn’t lead me wrong! What a great deal for the price. For an extra $ 3, so $ 25 total for the pedicure, you can get an orange scrub that smells amazing and feels just as good as well as a paraffin wax. My toes have never been so cared for! They looked and felt fantastic after he was done. The orange scrub was so worth it, I loved how intense the scrub was but can see someone with sensitive skin feeling as if it was too much to handle. I was hesitant when I walked in, but would come back in a heartbeat after it was all done.

Only been once so far, but the salon is clean, the people are genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is great. I have been to several having recently moved and I think this is going to be my place. Great care with feet, ask questions and paint job is perfect!

The did in awesome job on nails. They also tried really hard to please me when I didn’t like something.
The reason why I didn’t rate them well. Was because I paid extra for the extra massage and me and my friend hardly got any massage!

Tina was amazing!!! I bite my nails so it’s hard to find someone who does a great job seeing I don’t give them much to work with. I’m very nit picky about acrylics but she did an awesome job!!!

Best mani/​pedi I have had. I am really picky and usually walk away bummed about how they didn’t turn out perfect. Andy did both for me and was fantastic! I will be going back and asking for him from now on. Very friendly staff. Had the TV on and the whole shop was talking and laughing about it together… Much better than just sitting for an hour and not speaking to anyone. Favorite!

I liked the employees, they are friendly and conversational. It isn’t your typical nail salon. The prices were reasonable. The wall color and inside could use some attention (crazy colors, not super clean baseboards etc.) but the tools were sterilized and they took their time. I would definitely give this place a try. An appointment is key (especially on a Saturday). Honestly, its worth it for the employees. Unbeknownst to me you have to ask for a manicure and shellac. I had gone in and said that I wanted shellac with nail design. They were about to start painting when I mentioned my cuticle and they shared with me that is an additional procedure and cost. Personally, I can’t foresee paying for shellac on unmanicured hands but they were very accommodating and gave me a mani. It is worth a shot!

I have never been to a better nail salon! They are kind and attentive and they always do a thorough job even when they are busy. I have been coming here for almost two years now and I’ll never go anywhere else.
Felicia also does some of the most amazing nail art I have ever seen! She can do anything someone asks for and they’re always satisfied with the outcome.
It’s sanitary, welcoming, and an all around great environment to be in.
I whole heartedly recommend Luscious Nails to anyone in the Volusia County area.

I’m in town for the week visiting home and I needed a fill and pedi. I Unilocaled and found this place.
I don’t like to get a pedi EVERY time I get my nails filled and this place offers a «on-​the-​go pedi» for $ 15!!!
It is great for in-​between pedis because they still soak, scrub, remove cuticles and paint the toes. I loved it. My toes look great.
My fill and polish looks great also. The nails have a few divets in them from the drill bit work but its fine… I notice any little imperfection… Other the that the shape is pretty AND the clear coat is SUPER shiny. The staff was very talkative and make you feel very comfortable.
I never knew the name of the manicurist that did my nails but she was Spanish:) VERY nice, great job!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they could be a little bit more organized and more clean.
A L S O… I got a lip wax (only $ 6!!!)
I’m happy. :)
