WOW! What a beautiful studio and great instructors! Great prices too. It is located on a waterway in a very serene setting. The studio is beautiful, so clean, great equipment, and very convenient to 95, US1, and Granada. The owner is so helpful and a really great instructor — she knows her stuff!
I’m a yoga teacher and pretty picky about where I go for fitness/​wellness. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s helped me already so much with my shoulder/​back pain. If you’re a pilates expert or have been dying to try pilates the real way (on the reformer not a mat) — go to Pilates Center of Ormond Beach. I’m so happy to have a studio like this in our small town — we are very lucky!
