Hi, I’m Tammy, the owner at Bean Counter. My business was established as a sole proprietorship in Paradise, CA where it was formerly knows as «Tammy R. Ashba Bookkeeping Services.» I operated a successful business in Paradise for seven years before moving my business to Oroville, CA in November of 2013. This move has allowed me to work closer to home, and to have room to hire an assistant. Business is growing and it’s very exciting!

Tammy Ashba is the business owner and primary service provider; she’s provided exemplary service to her clients since 2006 and has worked as bookkeeper since 1998. Through this experience, she has fine-​tuned her skills so that she is able to provide a wide array of services with knowledge and efficiency. She has experience working in the private sector, serving non-​profit corporations and also in public accounting, and the breadth of this experience allows her to serve our clients in a unique way.

In addition to providing bookkeeping services, Tammy is also a proficient QuickBooks expert and can provide you with personal training remotely or on site. She has been a certified Pro-​Advisor since 2006 and also has experience working for Intuit as an independent contractor. While working for Intuit, she helped set-​up and train hundreds of users; which provided her with valuable experience addressing the specific needs of a variety of businesses. Now, she uses this experience to help you!
