I and other family members have been an off and on customer for the past ten plus years, starting when my grandmother died and we needed storage. I have been a consistent customer the last 3 – 4 years. I also have got a storage for my nephew here. The customer service is amazing. Kelly is beyond helpful, she has accommodated us many times, going from a small storage to bigger. She has helped us after hours when she could have said no. She is kind. The storages are clean. The grounds are clean. The storages are secure and alarmed. I absolutely recommend them!

Poor service, rude staff, refused to refund my unit when it was paid for well in advance. Staff appears to me ex meth it current users beware of safety for your unit, caution is advised.
