Horrible customer service, talked with one another about football most of the time then started to work on my tires. Also bent my aluminum room. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The employees here are so helpful, friendly, and professional. They have helped me with multiple tire needs and are very knowledgable in the field. They get the job done quickly and without the hassle of trying to push more services on you or sell anything extra. I would highly recommend this business to anyone; anytime I need tire work done I hope to be close enough to go here. Overall, this is a great and honest business. Plus, Micah’s not half bad. ;)

I was in the area when I had a problem with a tire. Everyone in town told me to try Quality Tire. I spoke to Micah, he was very helpful. He sold me a very good used tire, put it on my car and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Cheap, Fast, Friendly, Thanks for the Great Service!

These guys are awesome. If you need a tire I highly recommend them. A few months ago I bought some tires from them and was really impressed with the service. When I need more tires for my other car I returned. The thing is… my 2^nd car needed odd tires sizes in a staggard setup. They did everything they could to assist me even calling the other store to see if they had what I wanted. I know I was as annoying customer but they helped me along every step of the way. Both experiences were very pleasant and I’ll return when I need more tires.

Quality Used Tires is definitely a place that I recommend for all your tire needs. I can trust the employees to make accurate and fair price quotes, and their prices are definitely reasonable. Their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.
If you have had issues with tire shops in the past, go to Quality Used Tires for a breath of fresh air.

Two days ago, I stopped to have two tires swapped over to two different wheels for an old car of mine. The price was $ 12.50 per wheel. Wheels were already off the car, a quick job. They then proceeded to help 3 other customers that had arrived after I had been there. I continued on my drive home. I then stopped at the Quality Used Tire store in Chico. $ 17.50 per wheel! I mentioned the cheaper price at the Oroville store and was told «that’s the price.» I then stopped at Discount Tire in Chico. Price? FREE! Today I drove home on my 4 new tires on my Mini I purchased from Discount Tire. A $ 650 transaction. That’s how you do business, that’s how you treat a customer and that’s how you get the sale.

What wonderful service! At first I thought that used tires were my only option but found out that I was able to order new tires from them too. Micah went above and beyond to quote me a price and find the perfect tire for my car and my price range. The installation was so quick and they were very friendly!
